One of best appliance experiences in recent history. Joseph did a thorough diagnosis and fix of our dishwasher in two short visits. A great technician who was able to explain the workings of our dishwasher in layman’s terms. A business worthy of speed dial!

*WONDERFUL!* Friendly, quick, honest, no big-business upselling, just what we needed and quickly—huge relief to have them take care of our washer. Our washer broke right after a move, with me alone with a baby—I was out of clothes and desperate. They quickly squeezed me in after other appts that day. The tech was very knowledgeable, honest, and just told me what was needed and the part & (very reasonable) labor cost, and he worked very hard to get it done that day. It was a huge relief not to mess with it myself anymore and just have an expert make our lives easier. I would recommend them highly to anyone!!
