Tony was great to work with and found a leak that was previously overlooked by two other service providers. It really proves how hard it is to find competent providers. I wish I called him first. If we have any future needs with our appliances we will reach out. Really great service.

I was so pleased with their work. Would highly recommend. What I so appreciate is the prompt response. I need my washing machine!! I called in the morning and they said they would be there in the afternoon, and they called to give me an hour notice so I did not have to wait around. They fixed my washer that same visit. I will use them again, with other appliance repairs, as well.

The communication was great. From calling to schedule an appointment, to the day of the appointment, questions were answered directly, and promptly.

When they got here they were both very professional, and informative. They cleaned parts of the dryer that weren’t even being serviced and hooked everything back up before leaving.

Drove 20 minutes to the store to find a fridge. Drove around the building for an extra 5 minutes trying to find it. I called the store twice with no answer. They then called back and said the store has been closed for over a year.

Would have been nice to know that before I drove. Maybe it would be a good idea as a business owner to remove the pictures of the store and update the Google page

Only reason I put two stars and not one is because the owner seemed like a decent guy over the phone, but you got to get with the times.

Last night, in the middle of Sunday chaos, my dryer stopped working leaving me with a ton of my son’s school clothes unfinished. I tried to book service through GE, but was going to have to wait a week for service. I called Two Brothers this morning in desperation, and though they were booked solid, they made the time to stop by and help me out. Tony and Daniel were at my house within the hour, were extremely polite and personable, and had my dryer working in precisely 6 minutes. Incredible customer service, very quick turnaround, and an extremely fair price. What more can you ask for? Literally calling them to come help me with another appliance this week. 10/10!

Our washer had an issue on a Friday afternoon. After texting them the brand and model#, they were able to get the parts and fix it for us that evening. Not only were we glad to be able to do laundry over the weekend, we were very impressed with their professionalism and care they took in our home. Based on this experience, we would definitely call them again!
