Apex is an outstanding company. Great workmanship and very reliable. They do great work in a very timely manner. I would gladly use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, the sub-contractors used by APEX were very unreliable and caused an extremely long project completion. Issue after issue came up with sub-contractors and it seemed there was no backup plan to keep the work moving forward. Chad Hunter, however, was very courteous and did respond to our inquiries.

Apex came and replaced my roof following hail damage, they were very professional and did an amazing job both with the roof and the cleanup following the replacement. I have a two story large home and they were in and out in a day and a half! I would and do recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

My husband and I used Apex at the suggestion of State Farm, big mistake. There were no weekly progress reports as Justin mentions in his reply to my husband. Chad Hunter was well aware of our dissatisfaction and if he still works there you could ask him. Not sure why you are confused since we fired you from the job because of the workmanship and the total lack of respect for our property and furniture. The only reason we signed the satisfaction form was because APEX wouldn't refund our money for the work that you did not complete that we had already paid for. Again, ask Chad Hunter because verbatim he said "we can't cut the check until the satisfaction form is complete and we can close the job". It's been 6 months because we fired you all from the job and there was still ~50% of the job left to do as well as correct all of the issues APEX caused with painting, cabinets, plumbing, doors, etc. Hopefully this clears up the confusion for you Justin.

Gabriel and his crew did excellent work restoring my house from water damage due to upstairs tub overflow. They were flexible working around my schedule and completed all repairs to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

The Apex Team recently completed water restoration services in our home. And we could not be more pleased with the outcome; not only of the work and craftmanship; but also of the professionalism and CARE that Justin and his team provided throughout the entire process. Justin "held our hand" throughout the Insurance process and, also showed his expertise in servicing the needs of his client. This Team cares about their clients and provided transparency in each step of the process! I will be going back to them for any future home improvements and highly recommend them! And the PM Gabe was a joy to work with! Always responsive to our calls and questions. And the Team of folks that they brought into our home did a great job!
