This is not a traditional company. It's an "aggregator", where they call other companies to perform all the necessary tasks and business processes (delivery, accounting, etc.). I received timely and quality service from someone but I don't know who (I wish I could give him 5 stars). Billing is confusing and time consuming due to the fact that it requires interacting in several ways with several businesses whom I had not originally called and who I am not familiar with. There is no way to pay online, so it all has to be done via phone/email/docusign. Communication issues compounded the problems. I ended up being double-charged by two companies I'd never heard of and that was particularly difficult to dispute at my bank due to the confusing circumstances. I still don't understand who I now have a 1-year contract with.

I suggest working with a normal company so you know who you are interacting with, especially when it comes to strangers visiting and entering your home.

I can't begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for this organization and its personnel. They've been performing work for me on numerous homes for years and have ALWAYS been top-notch and exceeded my expectations on every job. It's rare to find a company with 100% of its employees executing class A work, but Bravo Electrical Services is one of them.
