I don't recommend using this company. They use a 3rd party company to book appointments- you pay $150 membership fee. We waited for over 5 ( they told us between 3-7pm) and called numerous times about status update (arrival time). Finally, at 9:15pm we received update that they are still on commercial job. Seriously, it's a scam. Go with a legit company.

Jeremy came on a service call, diagnosed the problem, and documented it well for us so that we could try to get Drew Electric to fix the problem, or have proper documentation for court, if it comes to that. He left me with his personal number in case we couldn't get hold of the boss, who heard would be happy to help us navigate our troubles with Drew Electric. Even though all I paid was a 60 dollar service fee, my tech went out of his way to make sure I had the information I needed.
