Ray and David were great! They handled everything I needed with care and professionalism. They installed two fans, relocated a lightswitch, changed out another light switch, and installed some new ballasts in the bathroom. Excellent work!

Fantastic experience. I needed 3 ceiling fans hung, I called Mr Electric and they had an electrician to my house in 45 min. The estimate was fair and the work began immediately. Great communication and clean up after the work. And Hunter took all the boxes, packaging and old fans away for disposal. Will definitely call again and I highly recommend Mr Electric!

We scheduled an appointment with Mr. Electric and today was the day. Travis was the Rep, he was on time, standing at the front door with smile. Travis introduced himself so I invited him in, promptly began working and with every transition he informed me of every tasks that he started and completed. Thank you, Travis for your great customer service.

Following a lighting strike in our RV park, we were left without any power as my surge protector was fried. I needed someone to professionally splice power around my dead surge protector to get back up and running until my new unit arrives. I called Mr Electric around 3PM and after discussing my problem, especially as an RV is not their normal repair call, they agreed to take my job. Ray, my technician, arrived within an hour, looked over the job, and after a run to the parts house, was able to complete the job. He was a very nice gentleman and a true professional. Everyone I talked with as I set up the appointment was professional and eager to help out. I cannot thank My Electric and all the staff for this awesome company who quickly got me back up an running.

Electrician Ray was extremely professional very personable and I enjoyed talking to him getting different ideas about other projects his experience and knowledge was extensive. I’ve had other bad experiences from other places, but Ray set the bar Yes, sir high for great service.

I will definitely be coming back when I have other Electrician needs, he went above and beyond, thank you!!

We were out of luck with our breaker and having issues from the hot water heater. Ray came out and was so super informative and knowledgeable!! He answered all of our questions in detail. Ray and Clayton were called on to repair an exposed cable in the main breaker and rewire some existing lights. They also recommended adding a surge breaker on my breaker panels and they were able to offer several discounts for the work I needed done. Will definitely be giving them a call for any future electrical needs

Jayden Fleming came out and installed some ring equipment. He did a fantastic job on everything. Will call them out again in the future.

Jayden was able to diagnose and repair the electrical outlet and switch. The prior technician we had come out from another company indicated there was nothing wrong and we ended up buying a new dryer as a result. Keep in mind, the other dryer was only one and a half years old. She let us to believe that it was the dryer. When we had the new dryer installed, we continued to get the same error code. Jayden did his due diligence, was able to determine the issue, and made the necessary repairs. Jayden, thank you!!! Job well done!!!

Eric Carr did an outstanding job at my home. He was on time, professional, and really knew what he was doing. The work was done quickly and done right the first time. I couldn’t be happier highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Ray and Rhet from Mr. Electric. Ray initially visited and gave us a quote for 3 difficult to hang chandeliers and was both transparent and professional. He scheduled us for installation and brought Rhet with him for the additional help given the weight of the fixtures. They did a wonderful job installing all 3 chandeliers and even created solutions to hanging an unusual chandelier. They were always professional, very friendly, and efficient! We look forward to more electrical projects with them in the future!

David did a fantastic job with my electrical work. He was professional, respectful of my space, and even cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. He took the time to explain what he was doing, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure to keep the cost as reasonable as possible. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his great attitude. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service — I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future electrical projects.
