These guys are generally nice but they never get my order right and I am sometimes caught in a bind when I use these guys for electric Supplies. Keep that in mind.

The call went to a foreign call center. They booked my appointment, and after no one showed, I called back to find out what happened. I was told that the electrician they booked worked in New Jersey (I am in Arlington, Texas). I tried calling the number again, and was told they currently do not have any electricians in this area and that I should call someone else.

Yesterday, I had a simple service from this company for my led lighting wiring! The technician was able to immediately diagnose the problem and tell me clearly what was wrong, which he then corrected within an hour. The task was done perfectly the first time without any issue or problem. His customer service was excellent, and I highly appreciated that.

We had a problem with a breaker panel, and the response was instant from this company. They were professional, prompt, and ensured that all problems were taken care of the same day.

Just last week, I had an issue with a breaker that would not reset. I set an appointment, and your electrician showed up ready to fix it. Great work and fast service. I’ll keep coming back.

I kept replacing bulbs, thinking it was just bad luck, but the frequent lightbulb blowout made me realize something else was going on. I didn’t want to overreact, yet the electrician explained the voltage issue in simple terms and resolved it carefully. It’s a small thing, but it feels good not constantly worrying about it anymore.

These guys are great. I spoke to David on a Thursday and went over what I needed done. He called back within an hour with a fair estimate. The next morning their electrician, Jonathan, arrived early with all the needed supplies and got the entire job done within a few hours.
