I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT UNDERSTANDING NOT TO MENTION THEY COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME COMPANY POLICY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY FIRST I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND MOVED ALL MY FURNITURE OUT THE WAY JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE ME SCHEDULED AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BOUT IT WHEN SOMEONE FROM THEIR OFFICE GAVE ME THE TIME AND DAY OF AVAILABILITY THEN I CANCELLED BECAUSE I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB AND WAS UNABLE TO KEEP MY APPT TWICE.THE STAFF TELLS ME THEY KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AND NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN THERE IS SOMEONE AT MY HOME WAITING AND EXPECTING THEIR ARRIVAL. I HONESTLY HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IN MY LIFE AND THEY WERE ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF GOING ABOUT THINGS .I WOULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICE EVEN IF IT WAS GIVEN TO ME FOR FREE. 0 STARTS FOR ME

Per Christina they refuse to pay their bills for necessary fire extinguisher inspections. I hope they treat their customers better than their vendors.

Personally I had the experience on December last year , the company UNITEX passed one of their brochure to the properties where it already works POLO CARPET .offering its products and saying that one of the employees of polo carpet works now for them and that they offer better prices ??? I use Polo carpet several years ago and I know that this is nothing more than a lack of professionalism on the part of the company unitex to win a position that already polo carpet has clearly created.

The company botched my scheduled appointment date and time, so I had to wait the next morning to have my carpet cleaned. The technician was rude to my mother and tried to make us pay a higher price from which was originally set. I will use a different company next time to clean my carpets in the future.
