We were quite pleased with the fireplace cleaning and inspection that Fscb Masonry Contractor & Chimney Serv ltd arranged for us. In addition to checking for structural damage, creosote, moisture problems, and mold contamination, Patrick provided a detailed explanation of the cost of the chimney inspection. He suggested immediate chimney repair after seeing early mold growth brought on by water leaks. The repairs were completed promptly and expertly. Fscb Masonry Contractor & Chimney Serv ltd paid close attention to detail during the fireplace inspection and cleaning service. Before beginning, he gave a thorough explanation of the cost of the chimney inspection. In addition to pointing out mold growth resulting from retained moisture, he found cracks in the chimney that needed to be repaired during the examination. He described how mold spores grow and how, if left unchecked, mold infection can spread.Performance was enhanced by the cleaning's removal of creosote and soot accumulation. The fireplace is considerably more functional now.

He installed a strong stainless steel chimney cap, removed the odor, and even performed a fireplace repair. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.
