It’s the first time we use this company and I can’t say anything but good things. From the time I called to inquire about the services, to the time Jon finished the carpet cleaning, everything was perfect. Jon did a great job with our carpet, old stains were removed, and left it practically like new! We are very pleased with the results and will be using them again! The quote did not change after the carpet cleaning when it was time to pay. Communication was great throughout the entire process beginning to end, on-time service and got done quick! Way better looking carpet than I expected due to the stains from having 7 people living in our home after 5 years of no professional carpet cleaning. I had called 3 different cleaners. The prices quoted were all within $20 of each other, however Cosmopolitan was able to have a technician meet me the very next morning. I was on a tight schedule and was thrilled that they could work with that.

The work was quality, all three employees that I interacted with were professional and polite. The technician was friendly and got the job done in about an hour (4 bedrooms and a hall). Overall I am very happy with this company!
