When I first started with them, they were really good...This year has been a big disappointment...They were suppose to be here last week..never heard from them for a make-up day since it did rain...received an email from Tony that I was non the schedule for 3/21/2019...they never showed..i received an email around 530pm on 3/21 saying they would be here around 630...again..nothing..but I did get a call from Liz around 8pm on the 21st apologizing for not coming out...again she said that they would come out today,, the 22nd...there was only two home and I would be the first one..I have not heard from them or seen them and it is 630pm on the 22nd....

I’ve contacted them four times for a quote and nobody will get back to me.

I hired Empire Lawn Care to remove a grapefruit tree that was dying from a viral infection. It wasn't a big job, but the guys showed up on time and got it done quickly and efficiently. They removed all of the debris and ground down the stump, and left the whole area looking clean and ready for me to plant something new there.

Tony and his team have been great the last 2 years they have been taking cate of my lawn service needs. They did an amazing job creating new flower beds in my front yard!

I emailed this company for a quote. I was told they would be out the next morning and no one showed up. I emailed and called several times with no response. If it's going to take longer, I understand, I am very patient but find it super rude and unprofessional to not reply. Had I known they wouldn't be coming I could've called someone else and had the job taken care of.

I am very satisfied with the people that take care of my lawn. They are very friendly, and keep me up to date on what they are doing. I am notified by phone when they are coming and what they will be doing. When they come they always knock at my door to see if I'm home and let me know that they are starting and what they are doing. I can't think of anything negative to say.

Lawn looks great! Many compliments from visitors about the lawn's condition. The program has reduced the amount of weeds considerably and the turf is filling in nicely. Ground here is shale and clay, not much humus, so progress has been slow but steady.

Just before the holidays, I asked for a quote to trim the bushes in front of my home advising them that my biggest concern was the front holly bushes that grow to far over the walkway and since my father is in a wheelchair the holly bush was always scratching him getting him in/out of the house. He graciously trimmed that right away with no charge!! I've been using Empire for a couple of years now for mowing and they are always friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!!
