My yard person quit showing up so I was desperate. Called All American Lawn Care and James came out the same day to take a look. My yard looks amazing!

I wanted to use this company for basic and general lawn cleanup. I have now had two no-shows from this company. I initially corresponded with them through phone and text. They never showed up. I contacted them two weeks later, and they responded they would be out the next morning. Never showed up. I can’t recommend this kind of customer service.

I reached out to All American Lawn and received a response within 24 hours. James provided me with a quote and scheduled an appointment the next day. The work was completed as requested and they even hauled off everything. Very affordable, and would definitely recommend.

Reply was prompt and had a spot with in the week to clean my front and back yard at a reasonable price. With little instruction did the job exactly as I wanted. Very pleased would use again for sure.

Only once communicated what day they would show up. Always left a mess of the yard. They just left the grass waste on top of the freshly cut grass and anywhere else it ended up. When I went to cancel my services, they charged me as if they came to my house, but never did. I didn’t appreciate that.

Unprofessional, Unreliable, Waste of Time. I called this establishment, requested a quote for mowing my front and back lawns on a biweekly basis, received it, liked it, and decided to go with this company. He informed me he took online payments. I said that was fine but I needed someone to show up at my home first before I processed a payment online. After this exchange the communication became very minimal on his end. He eventually agreed to come on Thursday. Did not provide a time. Just said evening. Prior to this exchange, I called him. Phone went to voicemail. I asked if 5PM on Thursday worked for him. No response. Tried to confirm the night before via text. No response. Thursday 5PM rolls around. No show. No call. No text. Nothing but a complete waste of time.

Have used this company for the past 2 years for lawn maintenance & landscaping of front flower beds. They are prompt, do what I request & charge reasonable rates. Recommend them for these services 👌

I use Hamann for lawn care and weed control, I started using them this spring and have had great results so far. Every time I message them through Facebook or text they respond very swiftly and really care about any concerns I have. I would highly recommend.

Our yard grows so quickly and with our schedules it can be a challenge to maintain. The decision to use Hamann has proven to be a perfect choice. They do a beautiful job and are extremely professional. They communicate quickly and efficiently and I would highly recommend them.

Hamann has transformed my yard and I couldn’t be happier! It was all weeds before the treatments began, now it’s gorgeous, lush, green grass. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to the area and immediately looked for lawn care services. This business was responsive and I immediately received a date for service. They came to cut the front lawn and nothing else. I inquired about services to find out my backyard should be included. They said yes and came out to cut the front lawn two more times. I asked again if the services include the backyard and Kurtis says yes. Still to this day my backyard is untouched. I have reached out via email and telephone. It's been five days and nothing from Kurtis. I called to complain about service and apparently Kurtis is the manager of the whole business. This business has absolutely terrible customer service especially if this is coming from management or the owner. I did not feel valued as a customer and the experience was not worth it. I asked for my card not to be charged until service is complete and they continued to do so twice.

***Update: The business requested for me to remove my review after I told them that I would create this review if there's no communication by about when the services will be provided. Over 90% of my communication occured via email and it shows that I requested a confirmation of being scheduled. There's an opportunity for this business to increase the number of stars and receive an updated review. This will only occur after I feel that my customer services expectations have been met.
*** Yes the business came the next day after I left this review and did the work. Coming to do the work after the review is a reaction. Once they have proven excellent customer service in a few more experiences, I will update my review.

The owner is very responsive and professional. Due to a glitch in the system the mowing crew came out despite no service request; however he did not charge me for the service and swiftly responded to my text message. All my interactions with the owner have been excellent. He also has an online portal that makes setting up service very easy. I really like this company!

Hamann is a great company to work with, our grass has never been so thick and green. He also treats for our mosquitos and we were able to use our backyard all summer because of it! Can’t recommend him enough, always lets you know when they are coming and what to do afterwards!

This crew is hands down the best landscaping crew I've had. I've had other crews leave behind clippings or the edging wasn't great or something wasn't complete or the service was inconsistent and I never knew when they were coming. I'm always pleased with how awesome and clean my yard looks after these guys come out. They come out on a regular schedule. I also love the online invoicing, great pricing, and how Kurtis checks in to see how they can serve me better. ❤️

Kurtis has been an excellent lawn care provider. Him and his team do a fantastic job with the yard, but on top of that they're reasonably priced, reliable, and very communicative. I'd recommend this service to anyone.

I have used Hamann's for a number of years. They are dependable and always respond quickly to my emails. I feel that they are reasonably priced and they do quality work. They keep my yard looking good.

This company has made a tremendous difference with my yard. I’m very happy with the service and I’ve been with them a little over a year. I can tell my grass is thicker and less weeds. I’m glad spring is on the way so I can enjoy my beautiful yard.

I recently moved and the lawn really needed some care. Hamann was quick to respond to my inquiry and they charge a very competitive price. The crew is prompt and efficient in their maintenance. Kurtis is always kind and helpful whenever I needed something ad-hoc done on the yard or had a question.
