Great experience and service by Junior Aviles! I needed same-day work done to clogged pipe between the bathroom toilet and shower/tub and Mr.Aviles made sure to honor the appointment even after the 8 PM window. He was friendly, thorough, and fast - thank you Mr.Aviles!

I gave a 4 star because their communication is poor and it needs to improve. My technicians, Ladarren Blackwell, Joshua Barksdale, Thomas Sherrod, James Castillo, Yunieski Gonzalez and Jack Jarosh were very good at communicating upon arrival. I had a broken sewer line and I thought it was only a backup. I was not made aware that the team that dug the hole was not the team that was going to repair the damaged sewer line. It took a little longer than anticipated, but it was completed, inspected and so far everything is working fine. My initial visit was more expensive than I expected, but at the end, it all worked out fine. I will keep them as part of my plumbing team options.

Had an appointment window of Friday 12-4PM. Text notified Thomas was on the way at 4:28PM. Didn't arrive till 5:26PM. We agreed that the job would be to fix a separation in a pipe by replacing it from the ac to the floor drain and to repair the drywall upstairs. It was explained to me that someone will come fix the pipe and then the drywall repair people will come in after to fix it the next day. I paid half of the $3431 upfront. The wrong pipe was initially cut but then fixed. No one came out the next day or called to schedule the drywall repair. The original repairmen screwed the original wall back in with a chunk missing. I received a bill for the full balance 8 days later. I had to tell them I already paid 1715.50 and that I also did not receive the dry wall repair. I wasn't given a copy of the itemized bill and the invoice online wasn't itemized either; I had to go based off my memory of the quote 12 days ago. They apologized for "miscommunication" but the real problem is what all masters tried to pass off as a $852 drywall repair. They took the charge off when I asked because I decided not to go through with the repair.

If I could give them, zero stars, I would. Had an estimate scheduled between 8 and 10 AM. At 9:30. I called the office because I had not heard anything. They told me I would hear something soon. At 9:35 I received a text message that my technician was on his way and would be 30 minutes out. At 9:50 I got a call from Junior Aviles that he was just now leaving Dallas and was 40 minutes away.

Tell your employees to get out of bed and get to work. ‘His First appointment of the day’… wish I could roll into work at 10:30 am.

Told me they'd fix my plumbing issues for 1475. Then after they started tried to charge me over 14000 saying I agreed to it. Didn't send me the confirmations, videos or anything like they kept saying they would. Won't negotiate with you and just force you to try and pay what they want. No reasoning with them. They make up payments and expect you to do it. Get everything printed because they will change the information on you to suit them.

Don't walk, RUN away from this company. I have spent the last 3 days trying to get a hold of Doug, who I assume is the owner or manager. Didn't get a call back for 3 days until I threatened to call the BBB which I still will be doing. They took a DEPOSIT of $225 from me for a back flow test, and once I requested a refund due to lack of communication and over all poor business practices, because why would i give my money to a company who doesn't value their customers? Doug finally called me back after I called 9 times, all for him to argue with me, and not validate how I felt or was treated by his employees. That is not how you treat a customer. The worst part about all of this is they are completely overcharging customers, and using other plumbing companies to perform the work, and then paying them a quarter of what they are actually charging. My backflow test was going to cost over $500 with all masters, and I know for a fact the companies performing the tests are only getting about $150 of that. Overall, this company clearly doesn't value its customers, their hard-earned money, or the people who are actually performing the tasks they are hired to do.

Disregard previous post for All Masters Plumbing! I would not recommend them to anyone!
I recieved a letter from the city advising that I obviously had a water leak since my usage had gone up over 2000%. I called All Masters Plumbing & a gentleman came out & misdiagnosed where the leak was. They jackhammered through the concrete in the garage, found no leak there, left a huge hole wide open & left! My wife waited several days for someone to come back & fix the damage they did. They finally showed up after they scheduled three times, twice not showing up. They did a very sloppy, unprofessional job & it was not put back to the way it was before they did their damage! Another gentleman from the same company came out & found the leak outside the house, approximately 24 feet away from where they tore up the concrete inside my garage. The actual leak was found & repaired in less than an hour.
I was surprised to get an invoice from All Masters Plumbing for $5445.00 for the work they did fixing their mistake!
Previously we signed a loan thinking it was going to be a major cost but loan was not needed because it was a leak outside! Now the loan company is calling & asking why I'm rejecting this document since All Masters Plumbing submitted the loan as work completed!
I would never recommend this Plumbing company to anyone because of the misdiagnosis, shoddy repair & charging a horrendous price for repairing the damage they did! My wife & I have called several times & left messages for the manager to call back, but he never does! All I want is my bill adjusted, I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake & I would like my concrete done so it looks like it did before they wrecked it!
I'm hoping this is a mistake made by office thinking that first job was completed properly!
