Horizon performed yearly maintenance on our tankless water heaters. This went well, but the tech accidently stepped thru the ceiling drywall. The tech said someone would contact me within the next week to schedule a repair.
I waited, but nobody called. I called them after a couple of weeks, and they said to give it more time. After numerous more phone calls (and about 2 months time), the drywall was finally repaired, but they didn't schedule anyone to paint it. The painting still has not been done after 3 months. I will not use them again. -

Philip was awesome, on time, and professional. My family owns a plumbing company so it feels strange to call another company for help, but I highly recommend Horizon. They are very friendly and get things scheduled fast.
