Reviews of local pros in Arlington, Texas

Kristopher and his crew were prompt and did great work. Great price without sacrificing anything on value or quality. Image Tree kept me updated on scheduling and progress throughout the project. Would highly recommend

After reviewing many other companies, I chose Image Tree Co and I am deeply satisfied with the results. They showed up on time, did all the work that was mapped out. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they had chopped down a tree or pruned several others. The price was one I could afford. I feel truly blessed and will use them again!!

Kris and his crew are the most respectful, courteous young men! I appreciate their good manners and work ethic.
They are very thorough and did an amazing job trimming our trees. They go above and beyond to please, didn’t mind trimming anything I wanted removed. Thank you again!!

What a great customer service experience! Kristopher was knowledgeable, informing my decisions about trimming each tree. After removing several mature yucca and rose bushes, they removed stumps with a stump remover. They hauled off 2 loads of tree cuttings and brush to be recycled as mulch, which was important to me. When all the clean up was done, my yard was cleaner than when they arrived. I will recommend Image Tree and use them again!

Wow! Image Tree Co. did beautiful work on trees at a house down the street, so my two neighbors and I had Kristopher come out last week to give us quotes and he and his crew came today and trimmed many trees at all three of our houses. Kristopher and his crew were all so nice and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. I have already recommended them to a friend!

Kristopher and his crew did a phenomenal job on our front and back yard. He came first and gave us a film quote explaining in detail what it would cover. He also offered professional advice on why certain things would not be good or healthy for certain trees.

Kris and his crew were prompt, on time and professional in their behavior and in their language. Having small children outside watching them as they worked the language part mattered. We hadn’t asked them to but they were so polite and go examples to our kiddos. They worked tirelessly and consistently even in the heat.

When they job was through they thoroughly cleaned up the job site including, cleaning out leaves from the pool, blowing the leaves out of the grass, raking up leaves and removing all branches that might of been missed. I appreciated the attention to detail but also the communication from the owner as the process went.

Without a doubt we will be using them again and referring them to others.

Absolutely great service, value and final product. Every member of the team working on our trees was very professional! We have 6 large live oaks and a magnolia and I am very picky! They exceeded my expectations! When there was a questionable branch they asked. They took the time to clean up the yard better then when they started and checked with me prior to the completion of the project to make sure I was good with the result. On my neighbors yard, they took out a tree that was 4’ in diameter and fell the tree artfully. Best tree service in FW!

As a senior citizen who has been wary of being taken advantsge of, I made a blind call to Kristopher and he came out the next day and gave me an estimate. His crew showed up early the next day to trim my (out of code) trees. They trimmed exactly as we had discussed and they cleaned up every last leaf. The crew was polite and friendly. It is such a pleasure to do business with a small locally owned company. They are honest and reliable, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend this company!!

Definitely will use again!! Great communication and work ethic. Did the job and cleaned up and was so sweet. Would refer for sure.

Had 2 big Oaks overhanging may patio and Kristopher and his team made quick work of them. Very professional service. Thank you!

Amazing experience with this company! Kristopher came on Thursday around noon to give me an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His crew came 24 hours later to take trim the trees! They stayed for about 5.5 hours and were extremely friendly and nice. They cleaned up everything they trimmed and hauled it all away. They did a wonderful job! 5+ stars!

We had Kristopher come and give a quote to get our trees trimmed. He came in promptly and gave a very reasonable price for the job. We scheduled the job right away. His crew came in on the scheduled day and did an amazing job! I can’t thank them enough. Their work was perfect and they did a great job cleaning up as well. Highly recommend his service!

As a business owner myself, I expect top-tier customer service, professionalism, and quality, and I can honestly say despite the heat Bryce is a true asset to the company and definitely reflects their business in an amazing way!

Bryce did an excellent job on my removal job, very informative and professional! I would recommend him 100xs. Thank you for all your hard work!

Chris cut down and hauled off a large oak that had died. It was next to a fence and electrical wires. This was done expertly and efficiently and reasonably priced. He is my go to guy for any kind of tree service.

I was shopping around to get some trees trimmed like ASAP and I narrowed it down to 3 companies with great reviews. I met with 2 other companies before I met with Kristopher on Tuesday evening. Long story short, he was very professional, gave a reasonable price and he guaranteed I would love the work. He reached out to me Wednesday with an even lower price than we agreed on Tuesday. I accepted his offer and they came out Thursday morning to do the job. I am truly amazed with the results!! 🥰 They did a great job and when he completed what I thought was going to be enough trimming when we discussed what I needed on Tuesday, I asked him how much extra would he charge to trim just a little more off one tree. Without hesitation he listened to what I wanted and said yes and I’m not trying to up charge you so just $25 more to do it. I said oh no, I’m paying you $50 more lol, (because I felt that was fair 😊). Not only do they do amazing work, they clean up very well. So well, you can’t tell they just had tree branches all over the yard lol. If you are looking for great quality work, awesome customer service and reasonable prices, then look no further than Image Tree Co. They deserve a 10 ⭐️ rating!! Will be using them for any other tree services needed in the future.

Kristopher and crew at Image Tree co are the best there is. I have been a customer for about a decade and have never been disappointed. Please give them a call today. Big jobs or little.

Kristopher has trimmed my trees for years! He’s very competent, honest and fair and does excellent fast work! I will continue to use his services wherever I live in DFW!

Christopher was the nicest, most courteous person I have ever worked with. His utmost concern was to do the right thing to the tree, and to accomplish what I wanted done. He absolutely went out of his way to make this a pleasant and satisfying experience. I am so happy I chose him to trim my tree. Actually my neighbors on both sides were talking with him and showing appreciation to him for the good work.

Phenomenal company to work with. The gentleman that came to the house was kind, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help understand the process. He worked around my schedule, and the price was reasonable. 5 stars and would highly recommend to friends and family.

I had two 80 ft cottonwoods with 12 ft circumference trunks, very large trees, only a professional could remove safely. They both were diseased and posed a threat to the buildings by them(my home).I had several companies out to quote the job and ultimately had Image Tree Co perform the work.
From the initial bid up to the final day communication was top notch, once they began work I was very satisfied with the decision to hire them. They performed the work safely and in a timely manner, cleaning up when they finished.
Image Tree Co. knows how to handle the largest of jobs and they have definitely proven that. I would recommend them for any tree project you may have.
