The technician was friendly and helpful in me understanding what the possible causes and issues might be after a quick diagnostics. He explained what my options were through each stage of the process. Once we found the main issue, a small leak on inside coil unit, we called the customer service Manager and he came out. NewRise came out the same day and fixed our issues quickly. They were very thorough and paid attention to the details. They treat your concerns as they would their own. Great service, great people, great values!

Hands down one of the best service technician we have ever had to come out. He was able to get us in the same day and went above and beyond to have our issue fixed that night! We are very appreciative of the amazing service provided and will definitely be using you all again!

We called due to our heat not kicking on. They sent someone out for a service fee of $69. We were told our thermostat needed to be replaced which would cost $494. We declined and stated we’d just pay the service fee because, that’s way out of our budget. The guy walks outside and comes back in stating he could provide us with the thermostat for free because, he’s got “pull” with the boss. We were very appreciative, accepted the service, and paid the $69 service fee plus a $31 tip. After further investigation we realized that this thermometer online would’ve cost $58 and they tried charging us $494 which is a 851.7% increase. That’s mind blowing and absolutely not okay. Please make sure you do your research on the price of the product they’re trying to sell you before accepting the service or just find a different company to service your needs.

Amir, the owner, answers your call immediately. I have the service plan for only 33$/month (3 a/c systems!) which gives me same day service, quarterly maintenance and 10% off all work. Yesterday, my a/c went out and was causing electric issues. My renter called him at 4pm and their professional, courteous tech was there within an hour! This has been my consistent experience since I started using them 4 years ago. I started the service plan last year since my units are older. Highly Highly recommend!

Amir saved the day for me and my family! AC went down when it was disgustingly hot. He was here within the hour. Found the issue. Corrected it. Poor soul even had to go into the attic but he took it all in his stride and his determination to get us back up and running. This company and its staff are simply the best!
