Reviews of local pros in Arlington, Texas

We recently hired API Contracting & Remodeling for a major commercial space build-out, and the results have exceeded every expectation. From the very first meeting, Jesse and his team demonstrated professionalism, deep technical knowledge, and a remarkable ability to problem-solve in real time.

What impressed us most was not just the quality of workmanship—which is flawless—but the consistency of communication, timeliness, and integrity at every stage of the project. They navigated city requirements, inspections, and design details with precision, ensuring our business operations were never disrupted. Every deadline was respected, every commitment was honored, and the finished product reflects craftsmanship at the highest level.

In today’s market, finding a contractor who delivers both excellence and reliability is rare. API Contracting & Remodeling sets a new standard. We will be using them for all of our future projects and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a partner who treats your vision as their own.

This was not just good work—it was transformational service. We are grateful, and we will continue recommending API without hesitation.

I hired this company to come out and do some things on my home. Needed to pull the carpet up in the closet and needed to fix In the bedroom and popcorn ceiling and counter trim in bathroom. Jessi was prompt on getting out looking at the space giving me a quote and even faster getting out to work on it providing all materials and doing a really great job! I’m very pleased with how this turned out. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with API Contracting. They were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. Jesse kept me updated and was always available to answer questions. I'm very happy with my kitchen remodel!

I can't say enough great things about this company! Professional, on time, more than delivered what I expected. I needed a blessing and bingo! I will use him again before this job is finished.

I had 5 trees fall down in various storms. I'm 76 and just can't do the work that I used to. Dare-Wreck came to the rescue. He cut it all up and hauled it away. Plus cleaned up some construction waste. This guy shows up, does what's agreed upon and at a fair price. He'll help solve your junk problems.

Darek was great as always, I’ve been using his service for couple years now and he’s always accommodating and efficient. Highly recommended!! Thank you again Darek!

We had a seamless experience. Dare-Wreck had the best and most affordable prices for their services. Thank you guys and we will recommend you to friends and family when they have bulk items that need to be disposed of.

Derek was courteous, on time and did a fantastic job clearing out trees and landscaping stone in our back yard. Highly recommend!

Dare-Wreck Junk Removal was amazing; they took down 3 buildings and cleaned up over an acre in 3 days. Land looks fantastic, they went above and beyond cleaning all the debris. We will hire them again.
