Manuel and his crew where good to their word. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail. Whenever thing was done the work area was left in better condition than when they started. We even added additional work after he had finished the first project and were blown away by the results. Will definitely be using him for any future projects

Colunga was hired to fix our 100 year old foundation, including a complete pier and beam restoration and installing a new concrete pony wall. They were professional and overall did a very nice job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a medium to large-scale construction project.

My home foundation was way off level. I had Manuel from Colunga Construction come out to help. He is the best to work with! He is highly skilled, fast, honest, and super helpful. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of the work! I can actually lay a level down any where in the house and it is level! My front door shuts and locks correctly and my cabinets don't swing close as soon as I open them. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation repair work you need.

In Dec 2023, they accessed my yard to repair my neighbor’s foundation but promised they would restore my lawn to its original state. A dozen calls, rarely returned, and they haven’t followed up despite saying they would several times. I would never recommend them or use them moving forward as they ruined my backyard and I wasn’t even a client. Do not seek services.
