Bernardo was very kind to me in my lack of tree knowledge. He took the time to teach me the trees I have on my property. He trimmed about 10 of my trees (one of them a live oak that was nearly entirely covered in ball moss). The trees and I are so happy with the service. He didn't rush any of his work, he charged a more than fair price, and he cleaned up 100% of the debris. Will be working with him forever - not often you find good people/workers like this.

Manuel and his crew where good to their word. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail. Whenever thing was done the work area was left in better condition than when they started. We even added additional work after he had finished the first project and were blown away by the results. Will definitely be using him for any future projects

Colunga was hired to fix our 100 year old foundation, including a complete pier and beam restoration and installing a new concrete pony wall. They were professional and overall did a very nice job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a medium to large-scale construction project.

My home foundation was way off level. I had Manuel from Colunga Construction come out to help. He is the best to work with! He is highly skilled, fast, honest, and super helpful. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of the work! I can actually lay a level down any where in the house and it is level! My front door shuts and locks correctly and my cabinets don't swing close as soon as I open them. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation repair work you need.

In Dec 2023, they accessed my yard to repair my neighbor’s foundation but promised they would restore my lawn to its original state. A dozen calls, rarely returned, and they haven’t followed up despite saying they would several times. I would never recommend them or use them moving forward as they ruined my backyard and I wasn’t even a client. Do not seek services.

Excellent customer service! I had two electricians come for an estimate. One before LJA was over the top expensive and said I needed to replace everything. LJA came the next day, gave the estimate and fixed the problem that day. Very reasonable prices and I will have them back for all my electric repairs. Highly recommend them!

Luis came at short notice and installed a chandelier and two outdoor garage sconces for me. Showed great patience and diligence in what turned out to be a somewhat tricky chandelier installation. Cleaned up very well.

Luis was prompt, very friendly and courteous. He changed out 2 flush mounted ceiling lights and was so quick and efficient that I was pleasantly surprised when he was done.
