Alan is a nice guy and is at the top of his game at his electrical trade!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Made an appointment, with Alan, for service on a Friday, at noon. He didn't show up, nor did he call to say he wasn't coming. I came home, early, from work to meet him. Still haven't heard from him. Absolutely inexcusable, unless you're dead.

I want to thank Alan publicly for a recent service call we had. We rarely get good service from anyone loca so I want to take time to recognize the ones that do take care of us.

We had a new a/c installed and when the hvac company left they told me there was voltage coming off of the breaker box itself.

I called Alan’s expecting them to come out in a day or two and was surprised when they said they would send someone right away. The crew got here, diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repair well within 2 hours. When they left they said they would bill me and when I got the bill it was significantly less than what I had expected.

One of the best experiences I have had yet.
