The service that A1 chimney provides is amazing. Shon came to clean my chimney and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and made sure to explain everything along the way. I was amazed at the amount of creosote that came down from the flue into the fireplace, I never realized how much buildup there could be. Shon explained how important regular cleanings are for both safety and performance, and I’m really glad I had it taken care of. The chimney looks spotless now and I feel much more confident using my fireplace. I highly recommend Shon and A1 Chimney!

He was right on point because when Leroy showed up he showed up on time and now it seems as if my fireplace is going to be the top of the town next year around thanks guys for getting all that holiday mess taken care of highly recommended y’all.

The tech did a great job. I was fine with everything the tech did. However, he was only here an hour and a half. The price I paid was over $1500.00 dollars. While it has nothing to do with the technician, I will use a company that is more reasonably priced. I definitely feel I was over charged.

Thank you,
JB

I couldn’t be happier with the work these guys did on my chimney! The before and after speaks for itself, they completely rebuilt the chimney bricks on my roof and the result is amazing. Clean, solid, and professional work from start to finish. The team was on time, respectful, and left the area spotless. If you need chimney repairs done right, this is the company to call!

A1 Chimney did an excellent job! Rotem came out to install a custom cap on my chimney, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. The quality of the installation was top-notch, you can tell Rotem is skilled and takes pride in his work. The cap fits perfectly and gives me peace of mind knowing my chimney is now well protected.

I had a problem where the bottom part of my chimney siding had fallen off, and the company I originally hired just filled the hole with foam and slapped a piece of metal over it. It looked terrible and felt like a total shortcut. Then I called A1 Chimney, what a difference. Ron and his crew came out, removed the mess the other guys left, and rebuilt the damaged section properly with matching siding and professional craftsmanship. The final result looks clean, solid, and like it was never damaged to begin with. These guys actually care about doing the job right. I’m extremely impressed and glad I called them.
