Twenty years ago, I made the decision to level my two-story brick home, which was 2,000 square feet, after it tilted approximately 7 inches from the high side to the low. Their onsite supervisor, Andrew, maintained a strict schedule and ensured that no one inadvertently damaged the holes they excavated. Thanks to his composed and effective supervision, minimal damage was incurred. The only significant issues were attributable to the original work and the inadequate records maintained after its completion. In my opinion, Olshan has gained valuable experience over the past two decades and has transformed into a significantly better company with a more competent workforce.
