I bought my first home directly from Rivendale last year and it has been amazing! I did not use my own realtor, but Artimus and the team at Rivendale made it very easy for me to understand the process and were extremely responsive both prior to, and after, the sale. Having the punch list on the walkthrough taken care of and the small repairs that inevitably happen once I moved in was very easy to schedule, and the entire team handled the process seamlessly. I would highly recommend!

Hello, we moved into a Rivendale home 5 years ago.
It is a beautiful home and have been very happy with it. We had some serious problems with the plumbing that required excavating under the houses foundation to make the repairs. We were not aware of the extent of the issues until a number of years after we had been living there. It is a large home and the costs of the repairs were very high. Went above and beyond to rectify the problem paying for it out of there own pocket . Everyone I have dealt with from Rivendale have been
Terrific folks. I was expecting them to turn their backs on the situation which they could have done but that is not how they conduct business. That says a lot for the character of the people at Rivendale. I don’t think there could be a better test of a builder than that.

Great builder to work with and they build beautiful homes. Paying attention to details is such an important part of the home building process and Rivendale is a builder that puts that into practice into every home.

She double and triple checks everything and is not afraid to ask questions! Once construction starts the GCs are on point! One of the most important aspects of purchasing a new home, is what happens *after* you move in. Deep has been amazing to work with! I live in the Allendale area just (renting) recently moved in from Mexico city. I’ve been in the market, searching for a home to purchase and the one builder that caught eye was Riven Dale. There have been other builders as well that I came across, but none of them gave me the reassurance that I was looking for so recently I went to an open house and they were so nice and helpful.
