Quick disclaimer: Wolfpack hasn’t done any work for me YET, but here’s why I’m happy to give 5 stars:

My wife and I were in the option period for a house purchase (the deal eventually fell through, hence the disclaimer above).

Not knowing anything about roofing, I searched the internet and finally decided to give Mike, the owner, a call to get a quote for the repairs the home inspector suggested. I was impressed by his website and the valuable information he provided on there about roofing technicalities. I just felt like this guy really knew his stuff but also liked that he was willing to teach.

Long story less long, he was just as knowledgeable (and friendly) on the phone. He took the time to look over the inspection report during the call and help determine which repairs we really needed versus which ones seemed overblown by the inspector or just didn’t make sense to worry about in the short-term from a financial standpoint.

He met my wife at the house a day later to verify his quote, and she got the same treatment, as did my realtor when they spoke over the phone.

Being that I work in sales but also pride myself on doing my job with integrity even when I know I COULD take advantage of people, this guy gets all of my respect for being a straight shooter. I saved his number, and he’s definitely our go-to for any roofing needs in the future.

I really appreciated Michael coming by and assisting me when the roof inspector came by to evaluate the damage. He went through the walk thru and faught for anything that could have been damaged in the storm. He even got the inspector to consider added cost for new code that the inspector wasn't anticipating.
I like Wolfpack because they are professional, fair, and punctual. I had a good experience.

Michael and his team fixed what needed to be fixed. In the past I had other roofers search for a leak that was unfindable by others. Michael was able to locate the problem and fix it. We just had three inches of heavy rain and winds and all dry! Other roofers wanted to do lots of unneeded work. Wolfpack fixed what needed fixing. I am now part of the pack. Thanks !

We realized our roof was beyond repair and reached out to 5 roofers for a quote for roof replacement. I also researched GAF architectural shingles and decided to go with a GAF-certified roofing company. I am very glad we found Wolfpack roofing, they are honest, professional, and do great quality work. Not only did we get the shingles we wanted, their quote was the best we received out of 5 quotes. Another company that also provided us a quote tried to get us to sign up with them by lying about a leak in our ceiling. Wolfpack roofing was honest and transparent from start to finish. The job was completed on time and our roof looks great and will hopefully last us for many years to come. They're the real deal, and I highly recommend Wolfpack roofing, you won't be disappointed.

It is the second time I'm calling Wolfpack. Both time, owner Michael Boy was super responsive and helpful. First time, was a false alert on our side and we didn't need any repairs but Michael still took the time to look at everything, take pictures and explain the state of the roof and future needs. Second time, our satellite dish had detached and revealed some rotten wood under the damaged shingles. While waiting for the insurance guy to come and assess, Michael covered the hole with a neat temporary patch since heavy rain was In the forecast. As soon as we were ready for repairs, the crew came back, did the repairs and hauled the old satellite dish away. It was efficient, neat and quick. All and all, I'm quite happy!

Our yard is filled with beautiful live oaks that had not been kept prior to us moving in three years ago. Wolfpack Roofing came in and walked through discussing the condition of each tree, where trimming would be needed, and detailed suggestions. Due to the large quantity of trees in our yard this was not an easy task, but Wolfpack didn’t didn’t treat it as such and even gave us a quick response time and completion of the project. We were extremely happy with the quality of service and will definitely use them again for future tree trims.

True to the estimate! Michael Boy & The Wolfpack crew were professional, fast & on-time. I think from start to finish was 3 days. New roof looks great. Very pleased with our experience.

I met Michael the owner of Wolfpack through a neighbor. We were talking about hail damaged roofs in our neighborhood. He recommended that I have my insurance come check the roof. The roof definitely needed replacing and Michael and his team did a great job. They work directly off the insurance estimate and used the GAF Timberline shingles and other components so you will have a 50 year warranty. Michael is very professional and straight forward to work with.

Some other neighbors had their roof replaced by one of the storm chaser roofing companies and the quality of the shingles used by their roofer are much lower quality than what Wolfpack used. You can definitely tell a difference in the quality of the shingles used just by looking at the roof.

I have known Michael for several years. He is efficient, detail-oriented, honest and dependable. He is extremely organized, and never misses a deadline. Michael has an excellent rapport and communication skills with people of all ages. He is an enthusiastic leader who maintains high professionalism. I highly recommend Michael and Wolfpack Roofing!

Michael made this whole process so smooth and easy! We were in the middle of buying a new home and needed a second opinion on the roof and if there were repairs needed. Michael was at the house within an hour of calling. He walked the whole roof explaining what he saw and thought needed to be done. He crawled up into the attic to make sure that there was no existing water damage. In the end it was his recommendation that the roof be replaced. On the day of delivery for the roof material Michael was there making sure that the job was handled properly and that safety was on everyone’s minds. My new roof is perfect! It. Is so pretty and with the big rain storm that we had I slept with confidence that there would be no rain coming in. I have already recommended Wolfpack to everyone!

Michael did a great job of getting me an accurate quote for a somewhat complex roof repair. I not only needed new shingle but also a fairly substantial chimney repair. The contractor crew were on time and did great work. Communication throughout the process was very smooth and responsive. Would definitely recommend 👍👍

We have a commercial building in south Austin that we purchased less than 3yrs ago. The company that did the roofing originally was supposed to continue to service the location, however, they became unresponsive. So, we tried contacting 3 other roofing companies with 4+ Star Ratings on Google. Each said they would send someone out within 24hrs, however nobody ever showed from any of the companies.

Had just about given up hope of finding a reputable roofing company, but saw an ad for Wolfpack Roofing online. I reached out they had someone out to property same day as it was raining and wanted to see where the leak was. They took photos and sent a detailed email about what needed to be done and timeline. Even though my boss took several days to approve the work, Wolfpack was still able to get out before the next rain and fixed everything up. Wolfpack even meet with my boss at the location to show work completed.

I can not say enough positive things about Michael Boy and Wolfpack Roofing. He and his team were extremely responsive and professional throughout the process. Michael communicated with us on an ongoing basis and the quality and professionalism of his team were beyond reproach. Not only did they install an awesome metal roof, new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards but they also repaired some of the plywood that had rotted and also repaired soffits and fascia that had been destroyed by raccoons and winter weather. They were here when they said they would be and worked long hours to beat the rain in installing the roof and new gutters and downspouts. I had multiple bids for the roof and Michael and his expertise and desire to keep us in the loop were outstanding. I can't imagine any other company coming close to the customer care that Wolfpack Roofing models and lives. His ethics are outstanding and I refer him without any reservations.

Michael and team are very professional and they know what they are doing. Michael explains the issues very clearly and gives options to address the problem. He recommends the best solution out of the options and makes the decision making very easy for the home owner.
They are very prompt in response and keeps their schedule. All the transactions are online and through email. It is all very easy!

These guys are really the best in the Business. We had a lot of roofing companies in our neighborhood after a hail storm back in May and the job that Michael and his guys did for us is far and away the best I have seen. They took their time to find the real problems with our roof and not just sell us a new one but really cared about the work they did. Will recommend Wolfpack roofing to everyone I know!

Michael and his team did an amazing job with our roof. We had a leakage. I had lot of companies come and take a look. Michael was the only one who was kind enough to do a temporary fix so that rain does not damage our house. His quote was also best. On the actual day of roof repair, his team came on time and did an incredible job.

We scheduled a repair date yet they called me back and offered to bump it up several days. Great customer service and a great job (again supported with photos). Highly recommend.
