Constraction reviews in Austin, Texas

Renaissance Contracting helped us do a major remodel. Flooring and updating 3 baths. They did a fantastic job! Very easy to work with and they worked around our schedule. Big shout out to Tristan and Dave for all the great advice and help. Everyone was very nice and professional. We highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of Renaissance Contracting! They helped put the rest of our home back together after we experienced a nightmare remodel where the contractor abandoned us. From Tristan helping design and bid our vision, to the owner, Anthony, and builder, David, coming in to consult along with Tristan to ensure our vision and wants would come to fruition without hiccups, to top notch skilled workers (electricians, plumbers, cabinet installers, carpenter, sheetrock/texture/painter crews, tile layers), to Uziel installing specialty LED smart accent lighting, to Irving and Sergio coming in to complete our punch list at the end to finalize our project, we could not be more pleased with our experience with Renaissance. They made sure every single point of our project was to our liking. They even made sure our project was mostly completed in a short amount of time for the holidays (they knew we were expecting a lot of family to come in from out of town). They made it happen! They took the best of care of us! They were always responsive to our every need! Renaissance are true professionals!
See before and after pictures uploaded of their beautiful work!

We loved the results of our two bathroom remodels. They were sure to make sure every detail and concern was taken care of. Tristan was very helpful and responsive, and all of the subcontractors were very respectful of our home and our time.

We had a few surprise issues pop up during the project and they were swift and friendly in fixing things.

We’re now in the process of using Renaissance again for our primary bathroom remodel!

Update: our Primary Bathroom remodel is now complete and we are so happy with the results!

After they installed Hardie Board and painted last summer, I noticed the shutter paint peeling about six months later. I called them up, and they came out to repair the issue at no charge. Because they stood behind their warranty so professionally, I would definitely trust them with more work.

Quick to respond. They were helpful through every step of the process.

Our roof is wonderful and Taylor was great!

D&D was great! On time, professional and cleaned up after they were done! Would definitely recommend.

Taylor was very knowledgeable and accommodating for our needs. Great service all the way through. 10 out 10 recommend!

I am very pleased with the level of excellence work performed by the crew of D&D. They arrived on time as promised. They were very tidy with their work.

Very very pleased with the results from D&D.....they replaced my roof last week and was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail......even did extra and repaired items not on quote!.....would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Had a great experience working with D&D Contracting. We received a honest and professional assessment. They will have our business in the future and we highly recommend them.

We had a roof leak that I wanted to get repaired before the next rainstorm forecasted for that day. Taylor sent his guy promptly and everything was taken care of right before the storm. Taylor came in to check if the roof leak caused any other issues or not and gave good feedback. I highly recommend them.

I have solar panels on my roof so they had to be taken down before D&D could do their work. D&D worked with my insurance company to get all the work done that was needed. Now I have a new roof and the solar panels reinstalled. Very pleased with D&D, with their work and support.

Taylor and team did a great job on short notice to do some roof maintenance—gave everything a once over, fixed and resealed a bunch of suspect flashing in record time ahead of this year’s Feb 2022 winter weather.

Felt good to get a few small-but-neglected issues resolved and be certain we were leak free.

Great service, friendly team, and clean work.

D&D performed the job we contracted for on time with no problems. They removed about 43,000 nails from the old roof and did not leave one of them behind! Great job guys! The new roof survived the the freeze of 2021 without a single leak.

Taylor was great, communicated perfectly and was able to come by quickly to patch up part of my roof that had led to a leak the week before. Will definitely be using and recommending D&D moving forward

Chris and his crew did an amazing job removing and replacing a roof on over a 3300 square foot home. It was completed in 1 single day and came with a 5 year transferable warranty. Chris was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Chris and his team at D & D Contracting.

I recently had my roof replaced because of hail damage. I originally found D&D because I saw them working on my neighbor's house and they looked very professional. I had never had a roof repaired before, so I was unsure of the process. They held my hand and worked with the insurance company, and it was basically a painless process. When I did have a question, they never made me feel stupid. They are very friendly, and all-around good guys. I almost was sad when the process was over. They are now MY roofers and I know who to call when we have the next tornado or hailstorm. I can't imagine how they could have done a better job. I highly recommend them

I called D&D and Taylor actually answered the phone! I told him I needed a roof vent replaced and within 2 hours he had a roofer lined up to do the work. He quoted me a fair price and by 4:00 the next day it was done. Great service, great work, great business in my book. I will definitely call them again.

I have been so pleased with my roof replacement provided by D&D contracting. The crew was expedient in performance of the job and tidy. I highly recommend them. I even received a call after the tornado that hit Round Rock 8 months after the roof was finished. They were checking to make sure everything was OK. Great customer service.

Fantastic, professional, super quality roof replacement!!
D&D Contracting did a superb job replacing my entire roof with Owens Corning shingles. What a great roof product! They upgraded my roof with a 50 year high definition shingle design. It looks great. I chose Duration Driftwood.
I am 100% satisfied with my roof and I feel confident it will last a long time, keeping it's fresh new roof look.
Thank you D&D
