A friend referred me to Bob at Stephen Thomas Construction, and I’m glad they did. My project was a full remodel of a three-story, 1,700 sq ft home with two main goals: fix the structural and water issues uncovered during inspection, and transform the space into something warm and refined.
On the functional side, Bob and his team did an excellent job diagnosing and solving rooftop water issues. He offered practical, cost-conscious solutions that not only fixed the problem but should add real value to the home over time.
Where Bob really stood out, though, was in the details. He helped bring the design to life with thoughtful touches - like architectural beams, a custom bar, and a clean, modern fireplace - that tied everything together without overcomplicating the space.
No remodel is without its challenges, and this one was no exception. The difference is that Bob was always responsive, easy to reach, and willing to roll up his sleeves to solve problems when they came up. His subcontractors were reliable, professional, and kept things moving on schedule and within budget.
I’d absolutely work with Bob again.
