I had an emergency last month and called these guys out of the phone book. I have never needed an electrician before, but I was pleased with the urgency they handled my request with. My power went out and they were there within a couple of hours. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them.

This is the note I wrote to Dial One....
Dial One Team:
Just wanted to send a note of appreciation for the GREAT service I have received from Dial One --- all the way from the receptionist to the person that came out and checked my problem (I think his name was Linn).
I couldn’t be more satisfied, as the repair did not cost me any $$$. Linn contacted Austin Energy and the customer service department took care of the problem. While you didn’t make any money from this transaction, rest assure that you have built trust and a lasting relationship.
I just got off the phone with the Tybray Property management, who manages the HOA in my complex. I’ve shared my story and your contact info. Tybray was very happy that issue was resolved and said they would keep you on the short list of contractors for future electrical requirements, etc. I hope you get a lot of business through them as they have large presence in Austin.
Also, I will be sure to refer you to my family and friends.
Again, hats off to your entire team of staff!

Jaime Gonzales with Dial One Electrical Services came by the office to do electrical repair to our lights. Jaime Gonzales was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We had called other companies that did not show up or call. We will use Dial One Electrical Services in the future when we need something done. From the office call to the having the representative come to our office this job was handled professionally and prompt.
