I have used Powerhouse Home and Commercial services for 19 years. They have been my carpet cleaning service, my faux wood/plank floor cleaning service, they are the first to call when I have water extraction needs as well as restoration needs. They have been our commercial house keeping service throughout these years as well. They are reliable, reasonable and professional. It's hard to find a business like this in today's business world. You will not be disappointed with their work ethic!

Had a leak in my apartment from another neighbor. My building has been a nightmare to work with with but the experts from Powerhouse have been super friendly. John in particular has been great.

Amazing and professional service! The technician was very kind!

I wanted to give several people at Powerhouse a shout out. Particularly Vivian, Torie, and Katie. They are all very responsive and quick to come out on site, get things scheduled, and make sure accounting lines up with quick billing. In the over 3 years I have been calling them for the apartment complex I manage, they have all been very consistent and there is rarely ever a mistake out of what has been hundreds of orders. In the times their have been, Powerhouse has always been very quick to rectify the situation or correct course moving forward.

The tubes for the carpet cleaning leaked fluid on my tile floors. Workers wore their shoes and tracked dirty footprints from the front door to the bedroom. I had to completely clean my previously clean floor after they were gone

Got my carpet cleaned and looks just like new. Like the first day we moved in to this beautiful house. The smell was refreshing.
