I was driving to my 100 year old Grandmas house and stressed about how we were going to get rid of her old chair off her back porch. Saw their truck and called them. They followed me over to her house and were so friendly and professional. They removed it and we were beyond grateful. Sweet and personable family run business and they were so accommodating. Would highly recommend this family run business to anyone. They took the stress and hassle out fast!

Vince showed up on time and was very friendly. Prompt service with great prices.

We have used this team several times for various project clean up, they are great!

Vince is a fantastic communicator! The service was quick and fairly priced. Will definitely use them again in the future if another removal is required.

Excellent experience! The communication was clear and timely from start to finish. Was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Their great customer service really stood out, and I can see they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend JunkGuys Austin. They were quick to reply to my online request for junk removal. Got a fast estimate after providing photos of what I needed removed. They arrived on time were very polite and quickly got to work. The area was left clear of junk which is exactly what I wanted. Outstanding experience!! I would use again. They had very fair pricing compared to the competitors. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I had a large upright freezer that was too big to go out the nearest kitchen entryway. But the two JunkGuys were able to pull it out of its cubbyhole, put it on a roller board, navigate through the far entry and take it out to their truck. They came back in and swept up the 20 years of dust bunnies and grime.

The JunkGuys came out the same day and provided professional service at a fair price. They were in and out in no time. Thank you JunkGuys for taking great care of us!

This is my second time using this company. They totally understood the assignment. The owner, Mr. Marquez, and his co-laborer did an amazing job. Together they worked hard as a team and got the job done in a timely fashion. I was so impressed.

The quality of their work, bar none was A-1. Mr. Marquez is a true leader and knows his business. He & his co-laborer took the stress off my mind & shoulders and loaded it onto the trailer and drove it right on out of here. To that I say, thank you and praise the Lord from whom all blessings flow! May the hand of God rest on you and your business.

Vince with JunkGuys Austin Junk Removal is the best! I highly recommend! Fast, professional and top notch communication!

10/10 service! I highly recommend. They were easy to communicate with, got the job done very quick and went above and beyond. I’m very pleased with the company! Thank you 🙏🏽

Vince and his team were professional, efficient, courteous and hard working. They listened to our requests and completed the hot tub removal carefully and quickly. We would definitely recommend them!

They were very friendly and accommodating. They came out the same day. Gave me a time and came right smack in the middle of it. Gave me a quote and that’s what I paid. And they were very nice when they came to pick up my washer and dryer and this ridiculously heavy reclining bed. No complaints they got to it and got it done. I will definitely recommend them and use them again happily.

It is super easy to set up an appointment online. They give you a quote pretty quickly and they came several hours later to pick it all up. Nice guys and it was all very easy.
