They did a great job with our fence. They replaced the side fence and entrance on both sides of our house. They did it quick and with great materials that will last. They were professional and easy to work with , with a great price. We, will definitely continue to use them for more home projects and repairs.

They are installing my HVAC system. Luis is very professional and explained everything with great detail. Fernando also did a great job he got here and was very efficient. I was very pleased. They are not done installing it but I will definitely utilize some of the other services they provide. I look forward to working with them in the near future to finish building my home.

Luis and his dad did amazing job doing our new construction A/C system. They came out to walk the property and see what was needed. I was given a schedule for the process and they did everything possible to meet the deadline. I would recommend them to anybody, quality work for a great price.

Sergio and his team did an exceptional job on my kitchen remodeling. Was great on communication and always let me know how far along on the job he was. Communication was key, and the work is amazing. 100% recommend.

Sergio and his crew were great, 3 day turnaround from consultation to completion on countertops for our exterior kitchen. - Highly recommend Sergio, he stuck to timeline and did a clean and neat job.

I got three quotes for a variety of work to be done. Anything Around the House was a little above the others, but I went with them based on my conversation with Servando (the owner) when he came to do the quote.

He was the most professional and knowledgeable of the three and that gave me confidence his crew would do a good job.

I made the right choice. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Here's what they did for me:

- Repaired masonite siding
- Replaced garage door trim
- Cut water damaged wood from exterior door jam, replace and paint to match
- Install Hardie underpinning around bottom of shed and paint the shed to match the house
- Move fridge from old house to new house
- Assemble and install a basketball goal on the house above the garage door (required going into the attic and reinforcing the exterior wall first)

Really happy with these guys and I'll be using them again.

Servando came out to my mom's house to see what needed repaired. He then gave me an estimate for repairs, caulking & paint. The crew came out over 3 days and were very professional. After they finished, Servando came back out and noticed a few spots that needed touch ups and sent them back out. Mom is very happy with the new look of her house.

This company is the epitome of incompetence and financial mismanagement.
No matter what they respond to this review just know that this review is an honest and accurate assessment of this company, and that it was formed over months and months, and after countless chances were given.
I hired this company for a large-scale remodel of my older home. What was quoted as a 3–4 month project dragged on for months past the deadline, ending up $20,000 over the original budget. While the job was eventually "completed," the path to get there was full of negligence and professional failure.

Operational Failure and Micromanagement:
The project management was not on the same page as the workers and there was constant miscommunication/confusion.
I had to do way too much micromanaging, and tracking of the daily progress of the crew.
I had to suggest that the PM ask their own crew for pictures and daily check-ins just so they could stay in the loop.
I was constantly having to remind them of things that were left unfinished or done wrong or damaged and needed repair.
Just way in over their head.

Constant Damage and Lack of Care:
The quality of work was overshadowed by the lack of respect for my property. Nearly every time the crew worked on a task, they damaged or broke something else. On one occasion, they left construction debris all over my furniture, and I repeatedly had to clean up their messes myself. The PM’s standard response was a constant stream of apologies claiming the service was “unacceptable,” yet nothing ever improved throughout the entire duration of the remodel.

Financial Chaos and Confusion:
The billing process was a disaster. I was repeatedly pressured to pay for projects that were only half-finished because "that’s just how we do it."
When in truth the company couldn't properly manage their own payroll or pay their workers right and chose to drag out projects intentionally to get more time and money out of me.
They use this incredibly outdated and confusing method of tracking work/payments and it nearly led to me getting improperly billed multiples times.

Accounting Errors: Their numbers were wrong multiple times. I had to sit with the PM and do the math one line at a time, even using AI to verify the figures, and they still could not get the amounts right.
Multiple times they had to take days to sort out and figure out what was off and blamed me for throwing off their inefficient method of tracking work because I didn’t want to pay for half competed jobs until they were finished.

Receipt issues:
When the job ended, I was told providing a basic receipt was "impossible." It took 3 weeks to get an inaccurate version from the PM, and another week to get one from the owner that included charges / work that was never even completed.

Final Verdict:
The owner showed up exactly once: to give the estimate and "earn my business."
He went on and on about how they weren’t like other contractor companies and would give me a professional experience but my experience was truly the exact opposite of that.
After that, he vanished, leaving me with an incompetent PM and a mountain of headaches. This company seems to believe that "eventually finishing" justifies the damage, the overages, and the lack of basic professional standards.
I have worked with contractors who get it right the first time without being babysat.
It doesn’t matter that the work eventually got done when it came with all this extra headache. It’s straight up unprofessional. Have some standards for your work and your company. I do not recommend this company for anything beyond changing a lightbulb, and even then, they would likely break something in the process.

I have been a client of Anything Around the House for years. I was referred to him by two separate individuals who were aware of his work. Servando is so calm and patient...i always ask a lot of questions. His crew has always been respectful, knowledgeable and just nice people. They have helped me front to back and top to bottom in my house....literally ANYTHING AROUND THE HOUSE. If you try Servando, I believe you will feel the same.
