We recently bought a lot in Central Austin and are so excited to have chosen Paradisa to build our new custom home! We interviewed three other local builders. Experience in Central Austin code and building requirements/restrictions was extremely important to us, and Paradisa’s deep experience was clear from their number of years home building and industry knowledge. From the moment we reached out about building a new construction home on our lot, Paradisa’s team was communicative, professional, and supportive. We love that they invited us into their office to meet their in-house architect, financial advisor, GC, designer and team. They showed up in spades for us and made us feel heard and appreciated. All of their systems and processes are mapped out, thoughtfully structured, and easy to understand. They were quick to respond to questions via email as we moved through the proposal process too. Highly recommend Paradisa if you want to build a high-quality custom home in Austin!

We built our home with the custom home team at Paradisa, and the experience was virtually unmatched in the industry. Pricing is transparent and reasonable for our area, and Paradisa walks you through every step of the process without having to put up a fight to get work done correctly. From planning to construction, Paradisa made everything absolutely seamless.
They completed our project several months ahead of their base case schedule, and with only minor issues that were promptly fixed.
