We recently bought a lot in Central Austin and are so excited to have chosen Paradisa to build our new custom home! We interviewed three other local builders. Experience in Central Austin code and building requirements/restrictions was extremely important to us, and Paradisa’s deep experience was clear from their number of years home building and industry knowledge. From the moment we reached out about building a new construction home on our lot, Paradisa’s team was communicative, professional, and supportive. We love that they invited us into their office to meet their in-house architect, financial advisor, GC, designer and team. They showed up in spades for us and made us feel heard and appreciated. All of their systems and processes are mapped out, thoughtfully structured, and easy to understand. They were quick to respond to questions via email as we moved through the proposal process too. Highly recommend Paradisa if you want to build a high-quality custom home in Austin!

We built our home with the custom home team at Paradisa, and the experience was virtually unmatched in the industry. Pricing is transparent and reasonable for our area, and Paradisa walks you through every step of the process without having to put up a fight to get work done correctly. From planning to construction, Paradisa made everything absolutely seamless.

They completed our project several months ahead of their base case schedule, and with only minor issues that were promptly fixed.

Special thanks to Luis and Thomas for your professionalism, and Marce for your excellent construction management!

We had a great experience with Paradisa. The build quality of our home is great, and has exceeded our expectations. The warranty team and process is easy, and they are very quick to respond. They handled all of our minor issues quickly and we have been very pleased.

Great experience with Paradisa and we are very happy with our home and the service from Paradisa after we moved in.

The team at Paradisa Homes was exceptional throughout the process of buying our beautiful home. Thank you!

5 Star White Glove treatment through the entire process. Tremendous team effort with great communication from everyone at Paradisa.

Paradisa builds a beautiful home
I have owned three and loved them all
They also stand behind their work
Most come with pools and they are also well built
I would not go elsewhere

We built house with them a year ago which was completed in very expeditious manner. Excellent team overall with in-house architecture, design consultant and site manager who were very responsive to our concerns and needs. Thorough follow up addressed the minor repairs and adjustments necessary after move in. Highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience with Paradisa Homes and have certainly recommended to all our family and friends. They built a beautiful, modern and quality home for us and could not be happier!

We love our Paradisa home. The renovation feels solid and the finishings were top quality. Customer service by the team was excellent, also. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful renovation or new home.

I've driven by several Paradisa homes in the past few months and finally pulled the trigger on touring one of them. The overall layout, construction and attention to detail that goes into these houses is phenomenal. Highly recommend this home builder.

We recently moved into our Paradisa Home and could not be happier. We spent a lot of time comparing houses in the Austin area, and this house was by far the best option that fell within our budget. The design and quality of the house is excellent and their overall professionalism was great. 10/10 would recommend.

We have been in our Paradisa home for 4 years. Great home, great experience, and no issues.

Paradisa is the top quality Home Builder in Austin, hands down. While working with several different people in the company, they have a server’s mindset and are happy to help with whatever I needed. Very professional, courteous and always maintained sense of urgency. I’m not sure how anyone can have a smoother experience in the real estate industry. Thank you Diego and the entire Paradisa team!

Have thoroughly enjoyed my Paradisa home for 8 years! The level of service, quality of craftsmanship and ease of purchasing were all above and beyond what I had hoped to expect. Thanks y'all!
