My house had a lot of spider webs and general dirt on it while my driveway and landscaping had debris and mold on limestone. Legacy came in time, cleaned off everything including mud dabber hives and paint in driveway. I am thrilled at how good my house, sidewalk, and driveway look. No need to paint-just get a good wash!!

These guys were really fantastic! I needed to find someone to clean my roof with a very short availability window. I called one company and was told they couldn't be out for several days. These guys were out there THE NEXT DAY and for half the price of the other company I'd called. They were polite, courteous, communicative (they kept me updated on what their plans were, etc.) and they did a beautiful job. I'd highly recommend using them. Highly.

Excellent service! Great price! Legacy Wash came out the very next morning and pressure washed my driveway, sidewalks, front porch and front patio. They look phenomenal and it only took them approx 1.5 hours to do the work.

My place was filthy, cream colored trim was almost black in some spots with years of built up dirt and algae/mold. The dark colored siding areas were just as bad. I knew it would have to be cleaned before I could have it painted, which is way overdue. I saw the Legacy Wash truck in my neighborhood. I went to their website, saw their great reviews and was impressed by the before/after pics for jobs they’ve done. I requested a quote and got a quick response. Jonatan came to look at what I needed and sent a super reasonable quote that same night. He and Roberto showed up on time, worked efficiently, took special consideration for my plants/deck furniture and did a fantastic job! Our trees needed general maintenance and many limbs were contacting the roof. I posted a request on ThumbTack and Jonathan and a few other companies were quick to respond. Jonathan came out same-day to provide me a quote, granted it was more than I expected, it was less expensive than two other companies. Jonathan was polite, professional, and wanted to make sure he understood my expectations. When I messaged him later to schedule, he immediately responded was able to do the job within two days. During their visit they were considerate by asking opinions on which branches to trim and the clean up and haul away was where I feel we got the most value. We would recommend them time and time again. We didn't get before pictures to show to difference but here are the results.

We hired Austin Commercial Cleaning in 2019 (after checking references with 3 of their clients) and we are quite pleased with their attention to detail, dependability, and the ease of communication with our cleaning crew. We see the crew cleaning not only the floors and decks, but also “up”, dusting light fixtures and door lintels.
