PJS provides the best commercial cleaning services in town. They understand our needs, wants and pet peeves(smudges on glass lobby doors:)) and tailor their services to what works best for their customers.

We use this company in our building and have had multiple complaints. For starters, they do not do a very good job at cleaning. Trash is frequently left in bins, dirt on the floors, and minimal effort is made to clean surfaces.

If they were just bad at cleaning that would be one thing, but they repeatedly hire fees. We have had several cleaning crew members fired for stealing. AirPods, iPhones, Yeti's and other items have gone missing. The manager just gives a shrug and writes a check. If you want a SAFE and SECURE office, do not hire PJS. It won't be long before items start going missing. We had to spend $500 to get cameras because of them!

PJS has cleaned our building for several years. The staff is friendly and they do a through job. When we've had extra deep cleaning needs (kitchen or carpet) they have always been happy to oblige.

Before we had to move, my organization’s offices were housed in a large building in downtown Austin, which uses PJS as their cleaning service. I was always impressed with the presentation of the building—floors shining, bathrooms immaculate—appropriately dressed for the prestige of the building. Shortly after moving to our present facility, I noticed the trash had not been removed overnight from the lady’s restroom. I couldn’t help but think, that wouldn’t happen in a PJS building.
