This cleaning was LIFE CHANGING. I’ve had the worst morning sickness (aka all day sickness), my husband and I have tried so hard to catch up on cleaning but he’s had to carry the team while I’ve been so sick. Vella came in and saved the day, our house has honestly never been so clean. I didn’t even know the grout in our rental home was suppose to be white! It’s SPARKLING now! And the oven?! Add on an oven deep clean because it’s completely worth it. It loves brand new yall. Can’t wait to use them again before our due date!

Let me start by saying that the cleaning ladies are wonderful. They are super sweet and do a great job. This bad review has nothing to do with them.

My issue is with the Vella owner/management. I prepaid for 52 weekly cleans. However, Vella was still charging my credit card for MONTHS even though I had already prepaid for these services. When I caught the double charges, it took multiple phone calls and texts just to get some kind of response. The owner asked (via another employee) if I would consider using the $5900 they owed me for future cleans instead of just refunding me. Um no. Just refund my credit card. That would be the best solution for the customer based on THEIR error. BTW - they blame a “new system” for the faulty double charges.

After many additional calls and texts, I finally received all my money back one month later. The owner’s son, Domenic (the COO), texted me weeks ago that the entire amount had been refunded, and that was clearly not the truth. He blocked me and refused to return my calls even when they still owed me thousands of dollars. Fortunately l screen shot all his false promises.

Not sure who is in charge or who is doing their books, but check your statements if you use this company. Again, the cleaning ladies are lovely, but the management — not so much.

Ashley & Yenileidys did such an amazing job in my apt today!! It definitely needed some love after a long weekend and lots of traffic, and they left it absolutely spotless and beautiful! My safe haven! Thank you so much!

Vella does the most fantastic job. They made my house spotless- it’s the best cleaning service I’ve experienced by far. Not only do they do an excellent job cleaning but the ladies are also incredibly personal (they knew my kittens name by heart after cleaning my house just one other time) and are so sweet. I left for meetings and trusted them to lock my place up after too. It’s such an easy experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Another great clean! Mayra and Michelle were very respectful, timely, and I could tell they gave dusting the level of attention and detail I requested. I initially chose Vella for a deep clean in May to prepare my house for guests while I was 8 months pregnant. I chose them because they use non-toxic products, which was especially important to me knowing I would soon have a baby crawling and putting everything in her mouth.

Communication and scheduling are easy, and they really work to match my busy working-mom schedule. I’m already a very clean and tidy person, so I was genuinely surprised by the level of detail they provided in the deep clean—things I hadn’t even considered.

Today, Mayra and Michelle did a phenomenal job on my basic clean and gave me a stress-free Saturday with my baby. Highly recommend!

Our house was a disaster and Graciela, Carla and Veronica did an amazing job cleaning our 1-bedroom apartment in record time. Appliances are nice and shiny, and they even folded our bathroom tissue! Beautiful job, very thoughtful!

WOW!! I am so blown away by " The Queens"! They arrived right on time and got to work immediately. I'm sad I didn't get before pictures but I couldn't be more impressed with how thorough and with care that they cleaned. I have a new puppy and we are in the middle of potty training and keeping up with my floors due to accidents has totally worn me out leaving me to neglect other areas of my apartment. When I saw the work they did I kid you not I was so happy I shed a tear of relief and felt like I was on a cleaning vacation!!! SPOTLESS! OVERJOYED!
I will %100 be setting up regular cleanings with Vella. I've used several other companies in the past and by far this company is top tier! I can't praise them enough. My home feels so refreshed. Thank you QUEENS!

I needed the exterior of my house pressure-washed and they did a great job and were easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Charles did a great job cleaning the driveway (which was stained) and the front of my house, and for a reasonable price.
