I was promised a professional cleaning of my house before I moved and they did a very poor job. They were hired by the selling realtor Jo Nevares from Keller Williams, and after walking the house after their first cleaning I found many issues. They didn’t dust the ceiling fans, didn’t clean out the drawers in the kitchen or bathrooms, swept dust into the corners of the rooms and didn’t clean it up, countertops in the kitchen were still covered in crumbs, and I found long strands of hair throughout the bathroom on the floor and on the sink.

Called them out for a second time to clean in which I physically showed them all the locations that they miss and needed to be cleaned. After the second clean they still didn’t dust the ceiling fans, only partially wiped out the drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms, didn’t sweep throughly in the kitchen or bathrooms because I found cobwebs underneath the cabinets and vanity sinks, found dust hanging from the walls in the corner of the bedroom and even a spider cobweb in the corner of a bedroom.

We love working with Pro Maid and Samantha for all of our housecleaning needs! We have several rental properties all over the city that need cleaning and because of that we have relied on Pro Maid for years to clean our homes thoroughly for our clients.

Pro Maids Clean is easy to schedule and they do a pro job! They remember to get the corners, the tops of ceiling fans and behind the doors! I appreciate their quality cleaning and care of the home, i feel confident when I have them clean a property!

Quoted 2 people for 3 hours for a 1300 sf house with 3/2. One person showed and I was home for the duration because it was the first time we'd used them. The woman initially estimated 3 hours by herself once she arrived. Then took 5. After she left I had to clean the cobwebs out of corners, get the walls, bleach the baseboards, clean vents. When I contacted mgmt they said that I hadn't specifically asked for walls to be cleaned, cut it to 4 hours from 5 and gave me a 8% discount. I paid it to be done with it but I'd look elsewhere. Not a move-in-ready clean.

Can’t say enough good things about Kandy and Limni on the deep clean they did on our house. Very thorough. Cleaned tough stains in tub/shower. We are very happy and will use Pro Maid Clean & Handyman again!
