This was my very first experience, getting my house cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier! I was very hesitant at first because I have a hard time trusting people with my belongings because I have worked very hard for everything I have in my home just as we all have and I cannot stress enough how great of a job their team did! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The best rates in town. Very communicative and cleaned my apartment very well. They cleaned out the inside and outside of my fridge and rearranged it to make it look better. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

This company is absolutely amazing. The pricing is reasonable and the job they did for my apartment moveout clean was beautiful. They went above and beyond my expectations and I couldnt have asked for a better company to provide cleaning services for me. The owners are super personable and sweet. Omg- they are AMAZING! I have been using Youshine for over 2 years now in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse and we noticed a difference in our overall mood when the house gets professionally cleaned. They are flexible, dependable and honest! I started letting them clean without me home within the second time- that’s how personable they are which allowed me to be comfortable. I admit I’m a neglectful homeowner and hate doing anything more than dishes and laundry so a lot of things like my ceiling fans and blinds haven’t been cleaned since forever. Jasmine and Bryan arrived promptly and had my house looking sparkly clean and smelling refreshed in no time. My shower door and bathroom mirrors which were embarrassing now look brand new and they even managed to remove the hard water stains in my toilets! They were friendly, courteous, and professional and never once made me feel awkward about the state my house was in. Definitely recommend their services!

Living in squalor for too long can really take a toll. I am so pleased with YouShine's service! The ladies were so nice and they charged a third of the competitor who I inquired with before them. The move out clean left every corner of my apartment spotless, including microwave, drawers, and shelves!

Jasmine's team cleaned up a place that needed a little TLC, and the place looks amazing! Her team is efficient and respectful of the space. Working with Jasmine has been nothing short of a complete joy, and they did such a great job that I want to hire her for my own place now! Her pricing is fair for the amount of work that is done (I am looking at you bathrooms and kitchen) and how fresh the home feels once they are done. You won't go wrong with choosing them!

This is the weirdest review I think I've written, but stick with me.

I submitted a form to YouShine on a Sunday and heard back within a couple of hours. Jasmine, who is now my best friend (she doesn't know this yet) was so informative, friendly, and flexible with our random request for a "deep clean(ish)", as we moved into a new home, but didn't feel it had been properly cleaned before we moved in.

Well, the girls just left my house and the cleaning hasn't happened yet. You might be wondering why I am writing a 5 star review, so this is where I need you to stick with me.

About 10 minutes before the girls arrived for the cleaning, our kitchen starting raining and we realized we have pipes leaking from our master bathroom. As soon as the girls walked in, I mentioned the leak to them and they immediately gave me the option to reschedule with no extra charge and were so kind and empathetic to my situation. So they quickly rescheduled me for Monday morning, and I may have even found a new plumbing contractor out of sheer luck that one of the girls happens to be married to a plumber!

About 10 minutes after the girls left, Jasmine texted me to confirm that we are good to go for Monday morning, which just goes to show how much of a "well oiled machine" YouShine is. Most importantly for me is that this well oiled machine is also compassionate and flexible, which so many of us appreciate these days.

Thank you Jasmine and team! I will of course update my review to include photos and such when the cleaning is complete, since that's really what anyone reading this cares about. ;)

UPDATE(s): we had to postpone the cleaning again while we fixed the plumbing issue, and aware again met with patience and flexibility as we sorted the mess out.

As of 10/16, the girls have officially finished our long awaited cleaning and I can confirm they have some secret technology or magic skills because they completed their thorough deep clean of our 2,400sqft space (that was QUITE the mess) within about 3 hours or maybe even less. The bathrooms were sparkling without a streak in sight, the baseboards looked brand new (this is the part that I’m confused about because I tried cleaning them myself and rubbed the paint off so - color me impressed), and the dog hair that rules our lives in completely eradicated.

TLDR; YouShine Cleaning LLC provides quick and effective cleaning services with fair pricing and is backed by the friendliest owners and staff I’ve ever met.
