I've used this company a few times now and definitely recommend them. They are willing to work with clients regarding scheduling and communicative to insure everything is up to standard. Whitney and Enrique just finished with our house and were fantastic! I absolutely will continue with this company and with these two individuals on a regular basis. Worth it. Thanks!

Andrew is by far the best professional cleaner that I have ever used! He is extremely thorough and every time he leaves I always discover something new he has organized for me! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Tiara came by my house and cleaned up after my roommates and I. Everything smelled and looked great from the moment I got back home. She even organized my kids stuffed animals in a cute arrangement as well as made my bathroom look like it did when I first moved in! I'd definitely recommend MaidPro.

Katelyn has an incredible attention to detail and is always friendly and efficient. She keeps my home looking spotless and does it way faster than I could! I can't recommend her and MaidPro enough!

My experience with Maid Pro has been great every time. This was the first Tiara was my cleaner though it has been a young man in the past so hopefully they both benefit from this review. Highly recommended !

The deep clean was exactly what we wanted. Our whole apartment was cleaned with great detail and care. Enrique and Whitney were efficient, kind, and professional. I would highly recommend and do it again!

I’m going to be completely honest here...this was my first time using a service like this and I’m so glad that I did. Aimee and Haley did a fantastic job. When I walked in the apartment smelt fresh and looked amazing. Top to bottom these ladies left no stone unturned. My wife and I work 80+ in one week finding time to keep the place looking like new is hard to do with our busy schedules. These ladies freed us of all the stress to find time to clean now we can just relax in our free time. They are a blessing. I do not write reviews too often but in this case I want the world to know just how special this company is and how it’s helping to change my life. The service is affordable and definitely worth it. I’ve set my services for weekly cleaning. If your schedule is just as hectic as mine you should do the same.

We hired MaidPro to do a move out clean on our home. When I showed up after they left I could barely tell they'd been there. I could wipe grime off of the counters and baseboards. The kitchen sink was dirty and there were puddles of standing water in 2 of the rooms. They also didn’t clean the walls behind the oven or sink. They don't clean windows at all (even just inside). When I called them after they didn't acknowledge the fact that I could wipe the grime up easily, instead claiming it couldn't be cleaned. I didn't trust them to come back and had to hire someone else who did an awesome job for less money. Stay far away from MaidPro.

The two team members that came to my house did a really great job so much so that my landlord asked me who I had used so she could also use maidpro for other properties. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the team accidentally broke one of my blinds which isn’t a big deal AT ALL - it happens. But when I called to politely let them know the woman in the office basically called me a liar and made it out like I was trying to scam them. Shockingly bad customer service after spending several hundred dollars.

Gabriella recently started as our cleaner and is wonderful! She is professional and checks in to make sure she has cleaned everything to our satisfaction. We appreciate her attention to detail and hard work!

Been using MaidPro for well over a year now. Initially with the excellent Amadeo when living in South Congress. More recently I moved to North Austin, and Jessica has been just as effective.

Although I'm a bit of a neat freak myself, the difference in having a professional clean every couple of weeks is huge. Makes life so much more pleasant, and both of my MaidPro representatives have been effective, friendly and done a really good job.

Blanca was the maid that performed this job and it was absolutely great. She was very thorough on her own and cleaned some specific items I asked for without question. I would recommend MaidPro to anyone who wants or is in need of solid maid services.

They are very thorough and do an excellent job! It feels like a magician must come to my house while I am away and transforms into a tidy and relaxing home. I never clean as thoroughly as them! And Stephanie is extremely responsive, communicative, and helpful via email.

We received a gift card for a ‘whole house cleaning’ after having some work done at our house. First time ever using a cleaning service and we were very satisfied. Whitney and Enrique were here for 2.5 hrs and worked from ‘walking in to walking out’ our front door. Because I requested certain items be cleaned that were time consuming, other procedures that would normally be covered were not done (with our approval) and we decided not to extend the time on this visit at our expense.

What a great experience. I was going through some health problems and needed help keeping my place clean. I finally swallowed my pride and hired this service. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. The customer service also made setting up and maintaining an appropriate clean schedule so much easier than I was expecting. Although I've since moved from the area, I wish I could have taken MaidPro (and Stephanie Hanna, the owner) with me. They completely changed my mind about using a cleaning service.

This is not a "deep cleaning", or even really a standard cleaning. I reached out clarifying that I needed a deep cleaning and was told that MaidPro's "standard cleaning" was the same as others "deep cleaning", which is why they are priced higher than other similar providers. After receiving a quote, MaidPro send cleaners who had been on the job one week, and did not have the experience required for the job at hand. This is a very tough situation when MaidPro is charging by the hour. Unfortunately the final job was so incomplete (didn't mop floors, clean toilets, wipe window sills) on even the basic level cleaning. After I raised the issue, MaidPro sent a "trainer" out to complete the cleaning. While the 2nd visit was an improvement they still completely missed my dining room leaving dust on the moldings, didn't clean ceiling fan, the only lamp, left webs and dust gatherings. And all of the downstairs window sills were still not cleaned. Ultimately I feel they rushed the 2nd visit because they perceived they had already lost money on the job given the time investment. I was not going to leave a review like this, but I keep finding things that were completely overlooked despite being checked off on their list.

Pros: Excellent customer service and friendly folks all around. This is not a critique of how kind and engaging the employees are, because they were all very cool.

Simply put, I have used many cleaning services in Austin over the years and never felt I had paid as much for so little attention to detail.

That said, Im sure they can improve!

We are getting ready to move and were very specific about asking for a deep cleaning in preparation to list our home on the market. The two ladies that showed up were late, and we did not receive a phone call and only knew they were going to be late once I called after an hour and a half. Once they got there, they were very unprofessional. One of them was quite rude and when I asked her about re-cleaning an area that was not clean, she rolled her eyes and refused to look at it. Several times I had to ask them about redoing things they said they already did. As they were leaving I noticed my rug had not been vacuumed and I asked them about it. The girl said she did it, but then I asked the other girl to come take a look and it was full of debris. She agreed and then came back and redid it. Hardly any dusting was done. Whatever was done was literally only the front pieces of furniture. Nothing was moved and nothing was wiped thoroughly. None of the bedrooms were dusted . It was literally the worst cleaning job I've ever had that I paid for. My preteen kids could have, and ended up doing a much better job than MaidPro. So if you feel like redoing all of the cleaning yourself, hire these guys! Terrible quality and service.

I have been a customer of Maidpro (Central Austin) for over 10 years and am very, very pleased with the professionalism of the company. Kate is a blessing; she is always prompt, always willing to be flexible if I need to reschedule, and always does a fantastic job in cleaning my house. I couldn't be happier with any other maid service than I am with Kate at Maidpro.
