Sharing my two cents after using Purple Fig here in Austin for several months. It’s been a really solid experience overall, and I especially want to call out Ariel. She’s professional but genuinely warm, clearly a strong team lead who looks after her people, and the work is always detailed and consistent. She’s also open to feedback, which we really appreciate.

The whole team has been great to work with—reliable, respectful, and easy to have in our home. Preston deserves a shoutout too for being consistently kind and thorough. You can tell there’s real pride in the work across the board. Grateful for the care they put into what they do, and we’d definitely recommend Purple Fig to anyone in Austin looking for a dependable cleaning service.

They Had only a one bedroom apartment to clean. Asked to have them clean all of the appliances. They did not clean the refrigerator and stove! Did not sweep or mop. Extremely disappointed

Maid Brigade did a great job! My house is cleaner than it’s ever been. The cleaners worked hard the whole time and didn’t “hide” my things… Which is my pet peeve, when I can’t find my things after a cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised to find they use “green” products, which is important to me since I’m pregnant and have small children. I’ve tried many Cleaner’s and these have done the best job of any I’ve tried, so I’ve booked them regularly. I highly recommend!

Dinesh and his team are good at communicating and providing a professional service. Just be specific with what you want done, which honestly is a standard for any cleaning service. Highly recommend.
