Oscar and his mom both were great from start to finish. They are good at following instructions. My house is clean and smells good and bathrooms are shining and it was done in 2 hours. Great service. Very happy with the results.

I’m pretty sure these guys are botting their reviews because this is the worst cleaning I’ve ever had and the least responsible company I’ve ever used. I had a guest coming from out of town around dinner time, and these guys delayed 3 times from 12:00 all the way to 4:00. They spent under 2 hours here for a “deep clean” of a 2000 sqft home and left cobwebs, pet hair, dust, dirt, and my full vacuum cleaner just dumped on the ground-30 minutes before my guest got here. My house smelled like overwhelming cheap cleaning products and dust. I was so embarrassed. When I tried to get my money back, they refused and offered another cleaning at 10am the next day. (That was this morning.) I got a text saying to expect them by 11am now-these guys cannot show up on time! I have cancelled this reclean and will be getting a refund. Don’t use this service if you need responsible people or it’s a critical time to have a clean house!!!

The ladies did a great job cleaning my home & I highly recommend them. I’m very happy with the way they cleaned.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AT ALL FOR ANY TYPE OF CLEANING SERVICES. I never write reviews on any company so I’m writing this due to this cleaning company being the worst company I’ve ever had to come across. I needed a deep cleaning / moving out service done and they are so misleading the services offered on the website match nothing to how it is in person they will over look certain spots like the thermostat, the windows, toilet bowl and the inside of the fridge. Also these “Teams” they have consists of just one person who comes with your typical cleaning supplies. Then during the walkthrough of the “finished” cleaning service the employee will just catch an attitude with you as if your just being nit picky. The owner Jake will try to down play the unfinished job and try to spin it on how you’re being picky and these are just minor issues, not really worth another team coming out. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN IF THE WORK THEY DONE IS UNSATISFACTORY. I had two cleans done on the house since the first one wasn’t up to my expectations and they sent our their “best” the next day and It looked like nothing was really done I ended up having to micromanage and point out every mess for over two hours I still paid half the price I was quoted due to the employees cleaning some of the house but Jake only wanted to give me $50 back instead of $185 which is half of what the quote was even after seeing the photos he still didn’t want to pay my half of the quote back. Even after dealing with his rude employees all he could offer me was a sorry and $50. I tried being nice to everyone as far as even being patient with the employees. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF CLEANING SERVICE.

Wonderful cleaning service! They do an amazing job. My home felt super clean and they really did follow each of my requests! Would definitely recommend!

We recently engaged Pure Magic Maids to help deep clean my parents home in Greater Cedar Park, Texas area.
Jeanette and Kamille did a great job. They arrived on time. They were communicative and polite every step of the way.
The cleaning was through and complete.
They got under the furniture and every surface, made the bed including the baseboards which are too difficult tasks for my elderly parents.
I don't have any photos to post but their work and it was excellent.
We will be using their services from now on.

My cleaner was a very nice person but I wouldn’t use the agency.

I am giving one extra star because she did some cleaning as I guided after she was done. Floor boards were included in the deep cleaning, but she barely did any. I asked her to vacuum after she did as I guided as there was dirty lint everywhere, but she denied and instead used same nasty cloth to wipe the floor, that she used again to wipe kitchen tops. Sucha gross experience.
I had to vacuum myself and do the remaining cleaning in the areas she didn’t even touch even though they were part of deep cleaning.
They don’t come with good cleaning products either, I still have nasty oil stains on my microwave and gas stove which I could wipe easily with my fingers.
Instead it was cleaned before (after precious move out) she made it worse.
Very poor service! I wouldn’t recommend again. I regret paying $200 for just bathrooms and kitchen areas.
Additionally she didn’t even clean any cabinets look what I found after she was gone. I trusted her words and didn’t check a couple of cabinets but it was such a HUGE mistake wasting my money.

I was in a pinch and needed a cleaning crew ASAP in order to get a home ready to list. On a whim I did a quick Google search and reached out to Pure Magic Maids first thing in the morning. I was able to schedule next day move out cleaning and the ladies did an amazing job. They made our listing sparkle and photo ready. I was quite impressed by their communication from their arrival time to the walkthrough time and even after. I’ll be recommending Pure Magic Maids to anyone needed great cleaning services.

I am very particular when it comes to cleaning. My thoughts are if I am going to pay someone, I would like for it to be done better than if I did it.
The price was a much higher than other companies, but I was assured that I would get a quality clean. This was not the case. When I got home I could tell the toilets and sinks were cleaned perfectly but everything else was no where near the expectations I was hoping for. After letting them know I wasn’t satisfied they insisted on a re-clean, which I would have preferred someone different, but instead the same crew came back. While they cleaned most of what needed to be re-cleaned, I still had to clean parts of it myself.

I absolutely recommend this company and their service to anyone.
I scheduled this company's deep clean service for my parents home. My father is just out of the hospital and needs a nearly sterile environment. Our technician was great. The service excellent. They are professional and thorough.
I had one very minor issue that the owner Ray took a personal interest in and helped resolve it to our mutual satisfaction.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Worth every cent spent!
