I started with a deep clean and have since moved to a regular weekly service. Their price is fair and the team works together well to attach the mess and dirt! So far I am a very happy customer and would gladly recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

I enlisted the services of MaidPro to do a move in cleaning as my apartment was not up to my standard of clean (I’m a tad OCD :)). Maile not only did an excellent job but she was so kind and left the sweetest note upon completion. I highly recommend.

I spoke with Millie over the phone to schedule my move-in deep clean of a small home in the woods that was left in pretty icky condition by the previous tenants. I have a ton of repairs to do on my own, so I had to delegate something- which was to give the place a much needed scrub. Millie went above and beyond to coordinate scheduling for me, and was a lifesaver in that. And the girls who came to clean, Anali and Hannah, were miracle workers on top of being really cool and kind. They managed to make my kitchen and bathroom look inviting rather than frightening, haha. They scrubbed every bit of grime, and even managed to get the hard water stains out of the toilet and tub- amazing. They were super understanding of me being in mid-renovation and dealt with my 2 bdrms being a subfloor disaster, without flinching. They were able to work around that to clean the baseboards and do the vacuuming I needed done in those rooms. Honestly, they exceeded my expectations for the job, and relieved me of yet another task on my long list- bringing me closer to moving in, and immediately helping me feel comfortable in such a thoroughly cleaned space.
They did all of this within the estimated timeframe (this is partly because I was 100% honest about the job needing to be done- so please be honest during phone consults, and you will not be disappointed!) and they did it with confidence. Awesome company in every way. If ever I need them again, I will be calling Millie in a heartbeat. And I would gladly refer them to my friends. Thanks, ladies!!

Millie was so nice and help me with a last minute request for a deep cleaning for my senior aunt living in Austin. My aunt is very active but in the last days she hasn’t feel well. She was very happy with the quality of the cleaning. Thanks MaidPro West Austin.
