We have used Let Kelly for years, but her cleaning crews have degraded. Today they inexcusably destroyed some irreplaceable heirlooms we had gathered over 40 years ago at a celebrity convention. They were neatly secured in a safe place but somehow they reached in while dusting and shattered it to pieces. The house cleaners couldn’t speak English and ignored our directions on how to safely enter the house without releasing our pets to the streets where they could get run over by vehicle traffic. After today’s horrible experience, we will never use Let Kelly again. Please hire responsible people who can speak English and have good judgment along with everyday common sense!

Let Kelly does a spectacular job!! We have been with them for a couple years now and are so thankful for the work they do. They are always on time, have never cancelled, and are so thorough and efficient. We have kids and pets so things can get a bit messy (and hairy!) but they do such a spectacular job, you can't even tell by the time they leave. They take tremendous care to ensure the house looks amazing - all surfaces clean and the house smelling fresh. I have occasionally requested additional services outside our regularly scheduled cleaning (like a refrigerator clean out or a deep clean) and they are always happy to add the service when requested and always do a great job. They are friendly and respectful of our space and I'm super thankful for the wonderful work they do. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable cleaning service!

We hired them while our regular cleaners were unavailable. During our initial call, Kelly thoughtfully asked me to identify areas with fragile items so she could alert the team, which I appreciated. Unfortunately two items were broken during the cleaning, including a sculpture my husband made and another piece that was returned to its place broken into three parts without anyone mentioning it.
We were working from home during the cleaning and noticed quite a few things falling, which made us concerned. I tried checking in with the team but had to call Kelly to do so. The team worked hard and I made sure to tip them well for their effort. However the results didn’t quite meet our expectations, the house didn’t have that fresh clean scent we’re used to with our regular service.
While I appreciated their hard work, the combination of the broken items and the overall results means we’ll be sticking with our usual cleaners going forward.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
