ADLA has been an amazing partner helping me bring my dream landscape into a reality. We started with a blank slate of weeds and dirt, and ended up with a sanctuary – including a screened-in porch, a lovely deck, beautifully designed hardscape, trees and native plants. Their team is experienced with everything from conception and design to implementation. Their crews are reliable and do excellent work.

Michelle and Todd were the secret sauce. Todd did a beautiful job with the design, and made adjustments along the way to accommodate unexpected things, and my perfectionist expectations. Michelle was project manager extraordinaire – she coordinated all the moving parts, pieces, and people. She made frequent visits, remained in close communication, and answered my endless questions, all with a smile. She handled all of the coordination with a separate contractor (Backyard Office) who was building a shed on the property at the same time, and the two companies will undoubtedly work together again in the future.

Mercedes reached out days before the service with an introduction, instructions and asked where their any concerns, request or special accommodations needed. Communicated that I was first on the list and did a beautiful job. This was my first experience and definitely not will not be my last!!

I recently moved to a house and I dont have a lawn mower I called over the weekend and was provided an appointment Monday. My grass was cut and trimmed very neatly and Jonathan was very quick and provided a great service

They always do an excellent, professional job. I live at the end of a circle, so my front yard is a big L shape. They knock it out quickly. I could not be happier :)

The service provided was top notch. I put in an order last night, and they showed up today. The yard was over grown due to the recent rain. They treated my yard and items with respect. If you're looking for reliable lawn service with great customer service, look no further and give these guys a shot. You won't be disappointed!

The reason why I give it a three-star is because the person who did my yard is absolutely wonderful job even went out of his way to do more than I asked but lawnlove refuse to pay him said that he did not complete the job and would not pay him but for some reason they still expect me to pay them so the workers are great but the business itself sucks

Lawn love support and staff really suck at best. Instead rescheduling for next days like most companies service does. No they waited until my next schedule service day about to happen. That is wrong way of doing thing. I don't care if they personal problems. That is not customer problem. 😑. They got to remember who is paying for the service. Also don't feed the customer bunch of bull. Tell the truth.

Lawn service was done by Stacy of SS Junk removal. Stacy and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend them for your lawn care services

Great experience, great service. I’m a landlord and I have one of my properties serviced through Lawn Love. Literally a set it and leave it service. It took maybe 5 mins to set up and after that I was set.

I am extremely disappointed with Lawn Love’s service. I scheduled an appointment for leaf and tree branch pickup for Friday, August 29th, or Saturday, August 30th. Instead, two gentlemen showed up unannounced on Wednesday, August 27th at 7:30 PM. They only managed to fill two bags and had to leave because it got too dark, saying they would return on Sunday.

I made it very clear that my appointment was for the original dates, not Wednesday or Sunday. I called the service line first thing Thursday morning (August 28th) and was told someone would come out Friday, August 29th. However, when I called again because my portal showed no active jobs, I was told the job had already been completed the previous day and I was charged $127, even though the original quote was $118.

I asked if someone could come out as originally scheduled, and I was told they don’t know when someone can come. No one completed the job as promised, yet they charged me more than the quoted price.

This experience was baffling and unacceptable. Lawn Love’s scheduling, communication, and billing are extremely poor. I would not recommend their services.

These guys were very professional. I appreciate how thorough they were, especially with the horrible heat. I have recommended this crew to my daughter & posted my recommendation on my neighborhood webpage. I can’t wait til next weekend.

Great first experience with this company. I desperately needed help with my yard. I've done my best to keep up with it, but I finally caved and reached out for help. Tyler was amazing. He got right to work and got my yard back to looking amazing! Would definitely recommend moving forward.

Although the people that come and do the service or good at their job and just trying to make a living.
I would not recommend this service to anyone They overcharge you. They're trying to charge me $319 for a 20 or $30 service. I have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau because I called the company and they did not want to listen. And then tried to chat with them on their app and they blocked me from typing. On the picture the small section in the corner is where I live and they are trying to charge me for the entire land. Do not use them they are dishonest.

Let the property owner beware. I tried to book this company and then waited over three hours for them to arrive. They worked in one area and left the property after less then 1 hour of work to get gas-were gone for 90 minutes, then returned and didn’t finish the job. They promised to return the next morning-didn’t do so again so I canceled and asked them to stay off my property, since I have dogs and had to leave. I was overcharged for the whole experienced and then they came in my yard while I was gone-left sections completely uncut, then left my yard gate wide open so my dogs could run out. Lawn Love Support shows no love or concern of any kind at all. I asked for a refund and got 0. I would never use this company again-they’ll come when they want-even if asked not to enter and do what they like then charge you to the moon and claim you have to have 3 services. I have canceled all service and do not give permission for them to come on my property ever again. I’ll call the police if they do. There are so many truly hard working people who care-find someone else! Lawn Love does not care about their customers!

So impressed with this service. It was fast and he did a great job on the lawn. Price is right. I am now scheduled every two weeks and so happy about it. If you are using a different lawn service you are wasting your time. Thanks lawn love! ❤️

Justin always shows up when he is supposed to and does an amazing job taking care of my father’s lawn! Highly recommend him for anyone that’s looking!
