Amazing experience with this crew. We started with a Yardzen design (Yardzen is an online design service that is independent from Urban Oasis). Once we had our general designs, Urban Oasis was the clear choice during the quote stage. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and open to ideas and approaches. And their quote was competitive with other quotes. They made clear what tweaks would be easy and what would be more expensive or complicated and why. They drew up basic redesigns as we learned from each other and iterated. Their communication was excellent during the on-site phase with daily texts about their arrival times and potential rain delays. They were perfectly on time with their start date and finish date — impressive with such a big project. Their workers were very detail oriented and clearly aimed for perfection. Their on-site project leadership was very friendly and always available. The end result has already changed how we connect and spend time as a family. They are very proud of their work and clearly strive to be the best at what they do. Will recommend to anyone who needs a landscaper!

UPDATED REVIEW
It's one year later, and we're having to get a sprinkler company to come fix what Urban Oasis messed up. After telling them multiple times that the sprinkler coverage wasn't good after their updates, Urban Oasis finally told us that "they're not really a sprinkler company" and "we should go to professionals for that." Even though we paid them to redo our entire sprinkler system.

Add to that, they redid a stone walkway for us two times, and it still doesn't look like what we asked for.

Their communication was great throughout the project, but next time we're doing landscaping, we'll definitely be looking elsewhere.

We just wrapped up a full-yard landscaping project with Urban Oasis and are very happy with the results. The Urban Oasis crew were fantastic communicators from start to finish. They consistently listened to what we wanted and made sure to check in along the way. They also connected us with their plant specialist, Matt, who showed us the plants in person before the project kicked off. This was really helpful to make sure we liked the plants before purchasing!

We also appreciated that they took the time to walk the proposed plant locations with us before installing, letting us adjust locations to ensure we were happy. And their attention to quality was obvious throughout the project. Just one example: They made sure every plant had a sprinkler hose wrapped and staked near the roots to ensure adequate water. And they’ve been quick to follow up on the minor issues we’ve had since install - adjusting the sprinklers, staking a few trees, etc.

Biggest complaint is that a fair number of incorrect plants were delivered initially. Luckily, we knew what the plants should look like and were able to catch most of the issues before install. But it was frustrating that the quality control on getting the right plants was on us.
We also ended up with new sod but no way to water for the first few days, as they didn’t install the sprinkler controller right away. The crew manually ran the sprinklers for us during the day, but we missed out on some critical watering during those first few days.

Last quick note - we can’t speak to how Urban Oasis does with landscape design, as we came to them with a plan from a landscape architect.
All in all, despite the minor issues, we’re really happy with the quality of the work and would definitely work with Urban Oasis in the future!

The team from start to finish were wonderfully professional, communicative, and flexible. They were clear about the process and available for any and all questions or concerns. Jose was an amazing project manager keeping me informed without overburdening us. They were also very patient with it being summer with kids all about the area. Urban Oasis Contracting is a must use for all outdoor projects!

We received a recommendation to use Urban Oasis Contracting for the landscaping of our new home. We contacted Carter and he did an excellent job of listening to our requirements and formulating a plan that exceeded our expectations. As we finalized the plan, we met with their plant specialist (Matt) at the nursery to view and discuss each of the recommended plants, and he assisted us in making some changes to better fit our needs. Once they started work, Noah was great to work with and he did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the process and status of the job. They showed up on time and their team was professional and courteous. They made sure we were happy with their work, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up when completed. We are extremely happy with the completed landscaping, and the outstanding service we received from the entire team. We would highly recommend Urban Oasis for any of your landscaping needs.

Urban Oasis transformed my backyard into an absolute dream! They installed a custom pergola, cowboy pool, and beautiful hardscaping, and the entire process was flawless from start to finish.

What stood out most was their clear and constant communication. I had multiple points of contact, and they kept me updated at every stage so I never had to guess where things stood. Their pricing was transparent and competitive, and compared to other quotes I received, they delivered far more value for the investment.

Emilio walked asked for my opinion during any stage in the process where he felt a decision needed to be made and even FaceTimed me when I was out of town. Augusto worked with me so we could have our own electrician and worked directly with the electrician to coordinate install. Wesley was transparent on pricing pricing me a detailed breakdown and managing my OCD style of negotiations. Lastly Dusan brought the design to live through multiple revisions!

The craftsmanship is exceptionl, the attention to detail is obvious, and the final result exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a contractor who’s professional, fair, and genuinely invested in delivering a high-quality result, Urban Oasis Contracting should be your first call.

We had a small project in February of 2025 which involved first applying crushed granite to the base, installing 2X2 concrete pavers and spacing them to create a sidewalk. The spaces in between the pavers were filled with 1/2 to 1 inch river rock.
We worked with Emilio Nunez, a sales representative for Urban Oasis Contracting. He explained the differences between compacted pavers which would last much longer than the cheaper non-compacted type. We appreciated that he was easy to contact, promptly returned calls and kept us appraised of the work schedule for our project.
Leo, the installer, had a good eye to keep the pavers level, properly spaced and cutting a few pavers to fit some odd angles. It was obvious that this was not his first rodeo.
We were pleased that the project was well done, completed on time and at the agreed upon price.

Yardzen recommended Urban Oasis among a few other contractors after my design was ready to build. I chose Urban Oasis because they gave me the best quote, were professional, and communicated with me throughout the entire build process. They took the time to do a walk through prior to the work. We then set a schedule of a week between start time and completion, which Urban Oasis kept to without any issues. When it came to adding plants and irrigation, I was able to consult their plant expert to make sure that all plants were dog safe, child safe, and most importantly safe from my brown thumb. My project also had an electrical component with the installation of a new outdoor wall light, fan, and string lights. Urban Oasis brought in an electrician instead of me having to hire separately and included it in the cost breakdown. They've also been very responsive to any questions I had after the build was finished and promised to come back to replace one of the plants that didn't make it through the summer heat. I'm satisfied with the work they did and can confidently recommend them to others.

The Urban Oasis team make dreams come true! We could not be more ecstatic with the craftmanship and communication that these professionals brought to our backyard upgrade experience. Do yourself a favor and find a home project, small or grand, that will necessitate collaborating with this group of genuinely kind individuals. You won't be disappointed.

100% recommend Urban Oasis. Will be having them come back for another gravel project in the future. They made getting a cowboy pool super easy handled everything with Cowboy Pools and made my idea come to life! Only took about 2 weeks.

Urban Oasis landscaping did such an amazing job with our backyard transformation! We added the concrete extension, pergola, string lights with cedar posts, and a cowboy pool with a heater/chiller to top it off! We went so long without a backyard entertainment space, and now we’re hanging outside here nearly every night. They’re there with updates every step of the way!

After having used a different company to help us with our backyard landscape design, we landed on Urban Oasis to complete our backyard remodel. They extended our pool patio, replaced our old backyard patio dining space; removing old pavers, installing a pergola and outdoor kitchen. They also installed a putting green, outdoor lighting, irrigation system, and new sod among other things. We have been really pleased with all of the work they did on our yard. I had a very specific vision in mind and they really brought it to life. Change orders were minimal and were primarily driven by things we added as we saw the project coming together. We hired P&L Landscaping to clean up our property to get our home ready to sell and they did an AMAZING job at a very decent price. They cleared the property of leaves, trimmed our trees, and even cleaned out an old nasty pond that had been neglected for years. I highly recommend these guys for any landscaping needs you have!

Ben and his workers did a fantastic job on our backyard. We had a bunch of farmland weeds growing and they were able to replace it with beautiful zoysia grass. We were given instructions on how to care for the new grass and it has been flourishing since. The workers were very professional and efficient. We definitely recommend this company and we will be using them again soon!

Ben did an awesome job in pruning and mowing our lawn. He was punctual, responsive and immaculate in his skills. I would definitely use his services again.
