Orkhan did such a great job for us! He built our custom shelves, and adjusted them perfectly so there are no gaps. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted. Easy to work with, detail-oriented, and really knows what he’s doing.

Orkhan was awesome! He communicated very well after booking, was early for our scheduled time. Saved us money by figuring out we could use our previous TV mount and even found us screws to help with that. He was quick, worked well and I would for sure hire him again for any TV mounting or home needs.

This handyman company is Awesome! Where do I start? It seems in this new crazy world you just can't seem to get good straight forward service. These guys seem like they're from another time in history when people actually cared and have a sense of pride in their work.

Uncle Gus Handyman Services was responsive to my needs, in this case a plumbing leak. They kept me informed as to the status of the work, and I believe the price was very reasonable.

Terry did a great job helping us put the finishing touches on nursery - he hung a new light fixture, shelves, and picture frames. We would definitely recommend and work with him again.

My experience with Uncle Gus started out great, I spoke with Terry about having a technician come out and put together our Rogue cable machine. I decided to book with Uncle Gus because Terry assured me "this is what we do, the technician won't get paid unless the job is done", guaranteeing me this was within their scope. The technician came promptly and assembled some of the machine before telling me there were parts missing and he couldn't finish the job, taking him at his word I paid for part of the work after being assured the job would be finished after the parts were received. I contacted Rogue and came to find out that there were no parts missing and that the technician read the manual wrong. When my husband contacted Uncle Gus to let them know the rack could be assembled and no parts were actually missing, we were told it would be another 30 days before someone could come and finish. This is completely unacceptable, to start a job and not finish due to circumstances that were not my fault, take my money, and then make me wait a month before finishing feels fraudulent and unprofessional. They won’t even return my call or text.

Since I wasn’t given the dignity of a phone call or a response to my text and leaving a review is the only way anyone would get back to me I’ll just respond in my review. I provided the links the Rouge gave me to your technician but he actually used a paper manual that came with the rack to assemble. Confusing as it may have been, it’s not my scope to assemble which is why I hired you. And while I appreciate the discount, please know that I was given a $550 Quote with TWO men from another company but still went with you because you guaranteed me the job was within your scope.
