LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Tree was informative and explained the services and came back with another I could not pass up

I hope the Leaf Filter product is worth it because it is NOT cheap. (I can't grade on the product since it hasn't really rained since gutter guards were installed; the grading is based on response to customer concern.) The job was done as specified though they were going to schedule for the afternoon when the contract specifically said morning. (They accommodated and showed up in the morning.) My biggest complaint is the warranty process. We were supposed to get a copy of the warranty after we registered. I tried several times to register online on the day of installation but computer would not allow me to complete the process online so I called to get help. After the registration was complete I asked for the warranty to be emailed to me (as the form said would be done - see picture below). CSR said they couldn't email but would mail a copy USPS. Nineteen days later I called again to ask for a copy and once again a CSR told me they couldn't email it but would send it USPS. A week later I called again and this time the CSR emailed me a copy of the form I was given with the quote which tells us to register and a copy of the warranty will be sent to us. HUH?? I checked with our sales person who said she asked a manager to contact us. That did not happen. I called LF again and asked for a supervisor and was told they would call me back. They did not. Once again I was emailed the blank form we already had -- non-specific to our job and with the instructions: 1. Register, 2. Enter, 3. Verify, and 4. A COPY OF THE WARRANTY WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR RECORDS after the registration process was complete. I already had this form (below) so why does the form say that a copy will be sent to me if I already have it? Perhaps they have to change their forms then because it is very confusing and why did the original CSRs say they would USPS me a copy of the warranty?? I have to register my complaint this way since no manager or supervisor wants to take my call and explain this process.
