I’m so happy I found Magic Helpers!

To start, I was greeted by Daniel when I called, one of the owners of Magic Helpers. He was friendly and kind, and answered all of my questions. I immediately felt comfortable and calm knowing that I found the right place. Reliable cleaners are the most important part of an Airbnb business!

The onboarding process was easy and thorough, with all my requests documented and accommodated. Pictures of my home were uploaded to the app so the cleaners know exactly how to stage it.

Speaking of the app - best thing ever! I know when the cleaners arrive, and see photos of the finished clean when they are done. No more checking my Ring camera to make sure they show up, and hoping they do a good job.

The cleans are thorough and quick, exactly what’s needed for a same day turnover.

Hi everyone. I am in an Airbnb business owner and have been using magic helpers for about a year now. Recently we had to let them go!
They were unwilling to make repairs for jobs that were completely unacceptable. Countertops not wiped with brown goo under a coffee maker, sheets put away faith etc. Really bad obvious things that were missed in a business that was unwilling to make repairs with us.
I will say that they are very good at being consistent and showing up reliably.
But I would have hoped that when we asked for reconciliation on a couple of jobs that were done really poorly they would made repairs with us by offering our next cleaning to be comped. We were reliable customers of theirs and they did not make things right with us!
