We’ve used this service at our old house. The first clean is always so fantastic. The second clean is a rush job with so many overlooked things. Management reached out and remedied the situation but we stopped using them.
Fast forward to a new home. We needed help with the house. Hired Morehands for a one time clean. IT WAS GREAT. We then agreed to hire them again for a biweekly clean again. First clean was great - a couple things missed that we paid for but it was fine. We were happy overall. Second clean, three ladies arrived and sprang into action. They came and went just as fast. I had to leave for work and came home and there was so much wrong. Scratches on pantries, dirt still on the floor, and apparently they sprayed an oven cleaning spray but didn’t clean it. We haven’t used our oven for a week and only just now noticed it and it’s not coming off.
I’m officially done with this service. Nice ladies but after the first clean its quantity and speed over quality.

I’ve used MoreHands for 10 years and have been consistently delighted by every team’s high quality of work, scheduling flexibility, and friendliness.
I work from home, and have been able to request special scheduling to accommodate Zoom meetings, and even special requests to clean my office first or last when needed.
Email and phone support is provided quickly. The very rare times I’ve made a request for areas that need more attention over the years, that request continues to be honored, even with different teams.
