Mr. Marcus Coleman is Our Pool Gentlemen.
He shared with me the working of the Pool/Spa equipment. Let me know I already have a Heater for my Pool and how to use it.
The water was pretty Gross on Thursday & still kinda gross but NOT as Bad ……figured I will give it a few day (untill Mr. Marcus comes back) to look completely clear again & try the heater out.
I appreciate Mr Marcus didn’t make me feel some sorta way about the situation of my POOL/SPA he totally overstood that this is my 1st time owning a Pool/Spa & gave his word “oh we will get you back into a clean an functional pool/spa” with a professional confidence and smile.💯
Showed me how to use my vacuum on the pool☺️

Control panel was left open. Chemicals added to the pool has left water milky and leaves a white deposit on anything in the pool. This has been the state of the water for the past 4 days without change in clarity. Don’t know if this is related to the chemicals that Poolie is using or if the chemical balance of the water is incorrect.
Update: Poolie technician came out and found that it was a reaction between chemicals that were added to the pool during my weekly service. The technician fixed the issue by neutralizing this reaction and now the pool is clear. Poolie reacted quickly, once notified, and were very professional with explaining and fixing the issue. -
The technician Jonson was friendly and pretty thorough they did clean all the leaves out of the pool and skimmers. I was hoping they would also run the pool cleaner to help with the settlement on the bottom of the pool overall, it was a good experience. I really do appreciate the help.

I’ve had residential pool service with Poolie for 16 months, and would strongly discourage hiring them for your pool service.
I’ve had multiple issues with invoices for expensive services I did not request (or authorize) and when I have an issue with the weekly servicing of my pool, they are nearly impossible to get on the phone. I left two voicemails today and no one from their service department returned the call. They have some very friendly technicians, which I’ve appreciated but it seems they cannot retain them, the service is very inconsistent and is often very poor - not what you should expect for $302 each month. I’ve attached a photo of how my pool looks today, they cleaned it 3 days ago. -
I left the service and I am happy without them! I liked the initial crew, they were good and professional, after 2 months the staff changed and they started sending inexperienced and outright bad people, eventually my pool got algae. I use my pool 1x or 2x per week, and its an easy pool to maintain. I am doing it myself now and super happy. Few of the newer people were good, but some were outright unprofessional and using inappropriate language, not brushing, not vacuuming, some of them didn't even show up at all! Sometimes I wouldn't get a service for 2 weeks. Customer service is difficult to reach and slow to respond. I am 100% better off without them. Wasn't happy with the service. Overall 2 stars

Had this services for 2 months looking for some weekly maintenance for our pool and is a mess. Always having to get back to them after the service bc the pool looks same or worst than how it was. They don’t clean the bottom of the pool, they don’t take out any trash inside the pool and this is me checking the pool right after they cleaning. Me pool is turning green. For me not the best experience.

Rip-off artists. Avoid this company like the plague. Poolie was contracted to do a leak test. Technician showed up, took a few pictures and tightened a fitting in the equiment area without looking at the pool properly. Totally missed cracks in the skimmer which was the whole reason for the leak test. Charged us handsomely. Poolie did not realize that we had a camera on the pool area documenting what was actually done. Do not trust these guys - if you must use them, make sure you are home so that they do not rip you off.

We’ve been using Poolie (formerly Fiesta Pools) as our weekly pool cleaning company for over a year and had been satisfied with them. That all changed when we had them install a pool heater. The tech came out and connected the heater to our existing gas. We asked if it needed to be inspected and he said no. A day or two later we smelled natural gas in our master bedroom. We didn’t connect the dots because the heater is on the other side of a large backyard so we thought the gas was coming from inside the house. Days later we noticed the gas smell was coming from the pool heater. We could hear it hissing, which meant the leak was significant. We asked Poolie to come out the same day (we had to insist and stress the importance). The same tech came out and said he had left old Teflon tape in the threading on the gas line connection that was causing the leak. You are not supposed to use tape on a gas line. He reconnected the line, and we asked how he can be sure it’s not still leaking. He didn’t know and didn’t bring anything to check it. We asked if the heater would have blown up if we turned it on, he said it could have caught fire. We asked why it wasn’t tested for leaks when he connected it, to which he replied he doesn’t do that, it should be done by a licensed plumber. What?! How can a company send someone who isn’t licensed to connect a heater to a gas line? That means the job was done incorrectly. Poolie’s response was “the technician conducted the install within the scope of his RAIL certification.” If that is the case shouldn’t it be standard practice to notify us that a plumber should be there to test the line? They didn’t even bother to check for a gas leak after the connection was made. We assumed they were qualified to the complete job, which should absolutely include testing for leaks. We trusted Poolie to ensure the job was complete or at the very least inform us that we should have the line tested by a professional for leaks. We feel Poolie put our family and neighbors in danger, which could have been a disaster had we turned on the heater and it had ignited the gas leak.
