The crew came and cleaned my house for the first time. Professional, on time and amazing. My house has never been so clean! I look forward to them coming back on a regular basis now!

I use Let Kelly for biweekly cleanings and quarterly deep cleans. My house is always left beautiful and I have clear communication from the office whenever I need it.

Absolutely love Let Kelly! I've been using their housekeeping services for a couple of years now and am always very happy with the results.

I wanted a deep clean before hiring a personal housekeeper. I was disappointed. My house is only 1100 sq feet. I told them they didn’t need to do 2 of the bedrooms, except to vacuum. So, they only had to do about 900 sq feet. After about 2 1/2 hours they said they were leaving. So, they didn’t get the kitchen, dining area nor the living area done! $290 for 1 small master, my small bedroom, and the little guest bathroom.
I’m guessing they had a job earlier, put in their 8 hours, and Kelly doesn’t pay overtime.
Never again.

The ladies were really friendly and communication was initially good.
We were using them for the first time so we were told we needed a deep clean (had been using another service for 4 years every two weeks), but fine.
We were charged $374.98 for 4 hours and they have to come back out because our powder bathroom wasn’t cleaned (they saw pictures, agreed, and were willing to send someone out to clean).That seems extrodenarily high for an initial clean and even higher when it wasn’t even cleaned properly. :-( We are having them come back out to do what they should ah ethe first time and will not be using them again. Going with another company who is cheaper for exact same services (ex. Initial clean $220 and following cleanings $20/cleaning cheaper).

I had read all of these reviews and thought they’d be great. Unfortunately, that was not the case for us. Super disappointed.

LOVED working with Sheree. She listened and was attentive and patient as we worked through all the areas in my home that needed editing big time. Can’t wait to continue the process in editing our home and making it manageable again!

I love my crew at Let Kelly. They always do a wonderful job and it is like Christmas every time I come home to a clean house. I am usually am not home when they come and they always leave my doors locked and house secure. I highly recommend Let Kelly.

Kelly and her staff are awesome. I had to have my office cleaned for a new tenant that was moving in to an officed I own. I met Kelly up for my front to get a quote. Kelly was was very friendly and nice to deal with. I was quoted a rate for the cleaning that was, i thought, very fair I though as the space I had to have cleaned was filthy. The cleaning girls who did the work were on time and did an absolutely wonderful job as well. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone who wants a professional cleaning job done at a decent price.

We have used Let Kelly for years, but her cleaning crews have degraded. Today they inexcusably destroyed some irreplaceable heirlooms we had gathered over 40 years ago at a celebrity convention. They were neatly secured in a safe place but somehow they reached in while dusting and shattered it to pieces. The house cleaners couldn’t speak English and ignored our directions on how to safely enter the house without releasing our pets to the streets where they could get run over by vehicle traffic. After today’s horrible experience, we will never use Let Kelly again. Please hire responsible people who can speak English and have good judgment along with everyday common sense!
